I noticed you've had a tombstone request for William Bartelt Sr. out there since 6/2009. I have a couple of questions. 1) Are the dates correct for William Sr.? He'd only be 11 yrs. old. 2) Are you sure he was living with a woman that he didn't marry? William Bartelt's death certificate is available through the Wisconsin Historical Society for $15. It may provide more information on him. And may provide burial location as well. I would like to fulfill this request for you, but it's my understanding that the cemetery he is supposedly buried at is a rather difficult one to walk the grounds. I didn't find the male Bowman you are looking for in this cemetery but I found and just posted all the Bowman's in a cemetery across the street, Midland Cemetery, Westborough, Worcester, MA. This cemetery didn't open until 1810 though. Find A Grave is approving one that I listed, Martha L Bowman, for some reason. I hope they list it.

| John & Mary Wendling, Pilgrims Rest Cemetery
Hi,
Went to the cemetery today in the search of Mary Wendling's monument. None is to be had. I read your note that John would not have a grave marker, but as it stands, the area that they should be in only had but a handful of grave markers, and at that, they weren't legible. So, to take a picture of where they "should" be wouldn't really make a difference. It was a rather baron area of the cemetery. Sorry this request was not filled. Regards, Nadeen | | | Carole Alden

I do not have the names Sarah Elizabeth Davis, Aaron Pitcher, Benjamin Davis or Sarah Davis in my family records, but I have mainly researched my direct ancestors and not brothers and sisters. I am descended from Rhoda Davis, another daughter of Calvin Davis and Betsey Morse. Rhoda was my great-great grandmother.

 | Bowmans in Westborough MA
Today we visited Pine Grove Cemetery in Westborough and found many Bowmans, but not the Captain. We plan to return there to finish our search, so we may still find the one you requested, but I think we looked at all the old slate stones today. Will let you know if we find him on our second visit.
