My intentions are not to disrespect anyone living or deceased. Myself, like most people on FAG add information for genealogy purposes, personal reasons and to preserve our past for future generations.|
To the person that keeps sending me ugly e-mails, please stop, and live by your own Words: "Character is much easier kept than recovered." From now own I will copy and paste every email and send to Find A Grave and post for everyone on here to read. Why you chose me to pick on me for adding obituaries I don't know, but if you are going to be the FAG POLICE, there are millions of obits. added to memorials on FAG so if you want to spend all your time being ugly there is lots of us on here to be ugly too. Spread your ugliness. If you have something to say leave me a message on here so everyone can see how ugly you act hiding behind your monitor and keyboard and not even using your full name. I can clearly see why you have the capability to leave messages disabled on your FAG page, use only a first name and do not list an email address. The reason being that you do not want other people leaving ugly messages to you in return for the ugly messages that you leave them! TREAT OTHERS THE WAY YOU WANT TO BE TREATED!
(STATEMENT FROM FIND A GRAVE)-If you do not have permission to copy an obituary to a memorial, you may put a note stating the name of the newspaper and the date the obituary was published).
Obituaries are public information and are not the property of the newspaper because they are written and paid for by the family to be published in the newspaper because the family wants the information to be public knowledge. Copying a photo taken by someone else would put the majority of US citizens in court. It is only a violation if the Photo is copyrighted through the US copyright office and you are using it for profit or marketing or commercial purposes.
If you want privacy, my suggestions is to not publish a public obituary at all. I can and will delete memorials and information if approached nicely, but I can just about guarantee you that someone else is going to add it later and they are not going to ask for permission to do so. If you want to be ugly then go on face book and be ugly on there, that way people can delete or block you and your ugliness! TREAT OTHERS THE WAY YOU WANT TO BE TREATED!
FYI: Most everything I have entered on FAG was taken directly from the "Cemetery Records of Yell County" which is available on line with the stroke of a key. In reality what myself and others have done is connected the families back together so no matter where they are buried or what their last name is they are easy to locate.
Sometimes there are mistakes in the cemetery records that we document, sometimes we make a typo mistake. It happens! I will correct my mistakes if you will let me know. FAG is like a big puzzle that we all work on together. If you do your part, the puzzle starts fitting together.
I started on Find A Grave on a mission to find out information on my Grandmother(Dollie Coffer Apple)and her family, I am at the same place now that I started, but hopefully that will change one day. Along the way I hope to help create a historical recording of those who have passed, especially for those with nothing but their name written on a piece of paper somewhere noting their final resting place. Hopefully my effort will help with not letting them be lost forever.
THANK YOU to all of you for your many kind visits and messages. I so very much appreciate our wonderful family here at Find-a-Grave and every visit and token left at my family FAG sites! I would like to say very special "Thank You" to Patty Valentino. Patty makes many many visits to my family members and leaves some of the sweetest notes. It really makes my day to see she has made visits to family members.
Remember me as you pass by,
As you are so was I.
As I am you soon will be.
Prepare in Life for Eternity.
If you come across an Angel..
Every day, in the world around us, real-life angels are doing the things they do... and bringing more smiles to the world around them.
Real-life angels build bridges instead of walls. They don't play hide-and-seek with the truth, and they don't have hidden agendas. They tend to be the only ones who understand what you're going through. if they sense that you're hurting, they do whatever they can to help you.
Real-life angels understand difficulties and always give the benefit of the doubt. They don't hold others up to the standards they can't live by themselves. Real-life angels are what "inner beauty" is all about.
Real-life angels don't hold things against you; the only thing they hold... is you. They take your hand in theirs when you could use a little reassurance. They walk beside you when you could do with a little guidance and direction in your life. And they support you in your attempts
to do what is right.
Real-life angels multiply your smiles and add to your integrity. They make you feel like, "Hey, I really am somebody who matters." Then they quietly prove to you how beautiful and true that feeling really is.
If you come across an angel like this, you are one of the luckiest people of all.
If someone in your life is wonderfully like an angel to you, it's important to let them know. It's the nicest compliment you could ever give... in all the days of your life and in all the years that you live.
- Douglas Pagels
Time may hide our sadness like a smile can hide a tear, but memories last forever no matter how many years
When the tears start falling and you dont know what to do, Think of all the tender moments your Angel spent with you

|Lin||Angus B. Fletcher|
Hi Mary, thank you for headsup....Concerning Angus B. Fletcher - Memorial #75617545. Mr. Fletcher has a double gravestone with his wife in Thornburg Cemetery, Perry Co., Arkansas. His memorial was made - August 28, 2011.....Although, memorial #31784486, no cemetery listed, which was made - November 28, 2008. ..Appears Mr. Fletcher was not cremated as indicated on memorial #31784486.
Grave location trumps unknown burials.
