Please Visit James Leland Allen. Thank You!! :)

7/31/23 - URGENT To All Animal/Cat Lovers: Please visit Spooky , a much-loved, precious black kitten of 1 - 2 months old who was rescued off the streets by a fellow Findagraver; but didn't make it. Lets let Spooky (and his caretaker mommy, Diane Eyler) know just how much he was loved and will be missed. It'll be a colder world without him. =^..^=

**The following is woefully out-of-date; and (most of it) can be ignored). Just haven't had the time to update yet. Thank you for your patience! ^_^

NOTE: I do not want any of my photos to be individually uploaded to Ancestry.com member profiles (unless I have given specific, express written permission for the individual photo(s) in question); inasmuch as they are not a free access site for everyone.

Also, I am not related to the majority of interments for which I have left flowers. Please do not send such inquiries unless you have evidence/reason to suspect the possibility of such kinship (other than the fact I have left flowers). Thanks.

If you appreciate the flowers I have left on any page(s) for your loved ones, in lieu of leaving "thank-you" notes in my public messages, I would much rather you simply return the favor on one or more memorial pages which I have sponsored. Most of them don't get nearly enough visitors, especially the pets' memorials. Perhaps it is because they are not on the "virtual walk," I am not sure; but as most do not include grave photographs they do not qualify to be placed there. Thanks again for stopping by!

If you have a moment to spare, please visit Michele Polanski. She was a very dear friend of mine; and although she was 94 years young in a convalescent center, her passing was sudden and unexpected, since her overall health was quite good. She was like a grandmother to me -- always speaking her mind, but very loving and caring, with sound, insightful advice. She is missed more than I can say.

A slightly more recent loss is my mother-in-law, Harriet Stuart. She spent the last year of her life in residential homes struggling with Alzheimer's. After an emergency hospital stay due to an infected injury on her right hand, she was moved three times in less than four months to facilities where she was compelled to take several heavy anti-psychotic medications which caused significant undesirable side affects and which neither she nor her family wanted. Following a rough start in early 2014 (where she was in and out of the hospital ER several times since Christmas) she sustained a serious fall from her wheelchair about a week before Easter. The Lord must have decided she had endured enough and took her home to be with Him. Please leave a message and/or flower of remembrance -- your kindness is most appreciated.

July 7th - Caesar Mace (my friend's dog). He was 13 years old.

*NOTE on SAC and Transfer Requests: While I can and do transfer memorials out of Find A Grave's official transfer guidelines - currently located at https://support.findagrave.com/s/article/Request-to-Manage (please familiarize yourself with these before submitting transfer requests), they will be done on a case-by-case basis depending on several factors, including (but not limited to) the age of the requester's member account, their relationship to the deceased and general activity levels here on the site. It is thoroughly my intention to be fair; but if it's evident you're just "popping in" for a few weeks or months (and not planning to be active over the long-term); or a relative stranger to the virtual memorial flowers feature, it is less likely that I will grant the requests.
Please keep in mind that transfers out of Find A Grave guidelines (currently siblings, parents, grandparents, great-grandparents, children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren) are at the discretion of the memorial creators or managers. I do keep copies of such requests and re-evaluate them from time to time; so if your out-of-guidelines memorial transfer request doesn't receive a favorable response right away, it may yet in the future. Although my participation in this site is somewhat intermittent (and responses may be slow), I have no intentions of abandoning my memorials or user account until such time as the Lord calls me home. Your patience and understanding is much appreciated.
