Bio and Links
Bio Photo I have now been back in Colorado for a couple of years but I am still dreaming of waterways, bridges, moss covered trees, and yes the rain. I don't know if I will ever get use to the snow but I am told we need the snow for the water levels during the summer. I am unsure of the numbers but I believe rain works better and it doesn't require a shovel.

I have been lucky enough to connect with family and friends. While in Oregon I had some great Colorado volunteers that helped me with my family's stones and have had the pleasure of meeting and working with them in Colorado and meeting new ones along the way.

I have had quite a couple of years, babies born; friends & family that have passed; reconnected with friends from high school; getting to know my granddaughter, and I have had two surgeries.

I have been working a number of cemeteries trying to help family find family and over the last three years have heard some of the saddest and happiest stories from family that were so happy I helped them locate a missing loved one. I still get surprised when someone mentions the number of memorials I have loaded or the number of photo requests I have completed. I do this for you and the numbers mean nothing. If I was somehow able to help one of you during the day find an aunt, uncle, sibling, grandparent, parent, or childhood friend it is you that has given me a reason to smile that day and continue on with what I do.

Also, I believe in transferring photos to family no matter how many generations removed. I believe the four generation rule is used for hoarders that are interested in numbers and just want to keep your family. One of my pet peeves is people taking over or starting memorials that do not know how or have any intention of maintaining the site. I feel the family belongs to the family but should be with a family member that is going to insure that links and edits are going to be taken care of in a timely manner.

I do not transfer to non family I volunteer my time for the family and that is where I want them to end up. I am impressed and grateful that there are people who take time to work on groups and any editing you require or photos you need I am your girl but NO I don't transfer to non family.

Thanks so much for taking these photos for me..
I have always appropriated all your photos you take on here. Just curious do you happen to have the block number for the DeSalvo grave. Thanks.

Francis Rouch
Francis a brother age 29 born in Iowa is listed with S.G. Roach (spelling is wrong but all other parties names are correct) in 1880 Jefferson Co. CO. So he was born about 1851. In 1860 Francis is listed as a male age 9 so that matches and in 1870 in Davis Co. Iowa again he is age 19, so 1851 born in Iowa would work.

Francis Rouch
I believe Gerard had a brother (I think instead of a sister) who was named Francis who was living with Gerard and wife Sarah in 1880 Jefferson Co. CO census along with two other Rouch brothers. So maybe that is him. If so I can check the birth and death dates and we can link him to parents Phillip & Sabrina.
