A longtime interest in genealogy and cemeteries paired with a fascination (alright, obsession) with local history brought me to Find A Grave. Wandering around cemeteries, researching and connecting the dots are the best aspects of genealogy for me. I'm also drawn to the design and typography of headstones--faux bois and Art Nouveau styles are my favorites. And sometimes a stone with the light hitting it just right demands to have its picture taken.|
All information I've posted is in the public domain (and some sources have wrong data), but if you'd like to have it removed or changed--or if I've made a wrong intuitive leap, please let me know. Likewise, feel free to contact me to have a relative transferred. Please show me the courtesy of letting me know that you would like to reuse one of my photos. Unhelpful messages from people without a F-A-G account will not be responded to.

Sorry, I didn't add that John is in Concordia Cemetery # 64135506. Just in case you enter in several cemeteries as I do. Thanks, Kathy

I noticed that you have put this same photo on quite a few memorials. Do you have a cemetery listing or something that says these people are buried in this cemetery? Do you have photos for their individual graves? Otherwise you are blocking anyone else from knowing that their grave needs a headstone photo. Once a photo is added the memorial won't come up in the "memorials without photos listing". Thanks, Kathy

I noticed several messages on your Findagrave page concerning this family. If you're still interested please email email@example.com.
Thank you very much for all the transfers. If I happen to come across anyone that has a closer relationship to them, I in turn will gladly transfer the memorials to them. Right now, my hope is to find someone related.
Thank you so much for your time and contribution!

Sure--I'd be happy to take them. Lovilla is my 2nd Great Grand Aunt. I'm trying to find a photo of her to post. Anyway, thank you for the headstone photo and for taking care of them til now. Happy evening to you, Kathlene

Although this is a relative of my sister-in-law I would be happy to help you out by taking over the site for you. I'm not sure what it entails but yes. Thank you for all you have done. Marilyn W.

Thanks for the obit!
I would be very happy to manage the Purcell and Gray memorials you created. Thanks. I have to figure out what I sent you that you did not get around to posting. :)
