I am very interested in pursuing further this second Boyce-Setliff connection. Do you have a tree on Ancestry.com? If so, perhaps we could exchange invitations to compare our Setliff-Boyce lines. My user name on Ancestry is MyraLSBR.
I do have some information on Aunt Marline's husband's family. Are you aware that Aunt Marline's husband Marshall A "Buck" Boyce had children by a previous marriage? At one time, some of the Boyce children lived with my parents.
May I ask for you & your parents' names and information to get you all located on the Setliff tree? If you like, you may send me messages through Ancestry or my email: email@example.com. [That's a Q in the middle].
I'm eager to hear from you further.

I think we are related. My father was Hubert Setliff. He had a sister Marline who married a Boyce. Are you one of their grandsons? Would love to visit with you. My email is firstname.lastname@example.org. I have been out-of-touch with my Boyce cousins for a number of years. Would love to get news of them again.

You're very welcome. :)
Transfers are available for as far back as great grandparents only. Looking at this particular memorial I see already several others leaving flowers closer kin then 3 great as you are.
I will be more then happy to add whatever you feel needs to be added for improvement.
|Kathleen Fleury Bilbrey||Hi again|
If John hadnt had the pic made of your Ancestors father and mothers headstone , I wouldnt of known where they may have been laid to rest, and the fact that there was an empty part with no headstone showing got me thinking .
I have done other areas with pics like that with flowers set in where there werent markers to show, because of covered up with grass and dirt along time ,when the office people say a grave was there .
A lot of the historical sections in the cemetery I noticed new headtones have been set where old crumbled ones have set.
You will have to add the father to the son you have on. I can not add the son.

Sorry, I don't know if she has a headstone. It's a massive cemetery & the office, I'm told, isn't very helpful with locating graves. If you could get any information from them I could look.

I'm always happy to transfer memorials to family members. I just finished Anna's transfer to you.

I'm sorry to not have been able to help in your request. Could the location you have be incorrect? If you have any other theories, let me know and I'll try again. It is a very old section.
"We searched the entire section, several times. There are many empty plots or unmarked graves. there are no missing parts od markers or grave depression areas. On the immediate left of Rev. Hunter is a large marker for J. H. Stites, born 27 Jul 1875, died 28 Jul 1896. It sets on one of the lots listed for Setliff?"
