| Bio and Links | | Hi. I got my driver's license on my 16th birthday, July 3, 1955. Before and after that my family and I have been frequent visitors to our loved ones graves placing flowers. This is a great way to honor them all as well. I hope to soon add many more of our relatives and friends. I have visited several of the Presidential Libraries and I suggest you do that too! Truman, Eisenhower, Nixon, and Reagan are interred on the grounds of their libraries and presume others are too. Enjoy this Find A Grave ! Please visit my Uncle in Find A Grave, Sgt Walter A Koch buried at Ardennes Cemetery in Belgium. | |

 | Your uncle Hi Gary, I was going to leave the same message about your uncle's transfer, but ZuZu beat me to it. I have your uncle in one of my virtual cemeteries, and that's how I saw that you visited him. I'm sure they will transfer the record to you. | | | Zuzu*s Petals
 | RE: Sgt. John P. Bonnassiolle Why don't you ask the person who has your uncle's memorial to transfer it to you? Your family and whoever created the memorial supposed to transfer the memorial to family members. Try it what have you got to loose. That way you can add to his biography all the information you have about him and perhaps photos too.

 | RE: Sgt. John P. Bonnassiolle Thank you for your kind message.
I knew about the articles and photos. I'm in the process of gleaning from the articles to create a biography for him.
Unfortunately, the photos can't be used because they all have a copyright to them and I'd have to pay to use them. Find A Grave really frowns upon using copyright photos without permission. The one I have up on his memorial is an old photo and no longer has a copyright. So, I'll just keep looking for one that isn't. If you ever come across one let me know.

 | RE: Alphonse Mucha No, I missed it. I'm more annoyed that I only discovered him after returning from Prague and therefor did not look for his grave. I only too a picture of the Slavin (which I only now realize) where he is buried.Added by Lutetia on Jul 25, 2010 2:50 AM | | | Carolyn Heilman
 | RE: your Uncle Hames Hardin Thanks for the note Gary. Alas, we were unable to make the trip to attend the memorial celebration. The volcano over Iceland kept all the American planes grounded so none of us were able to attend. Such a huge disappointment after many months of planning. We have been send tons of pictures and videos of the ceremony which was truly wonderful. We are all planning on trying again in April of 2011. Hopefully this trip will be successful. You uncle must have been a truly exceptional person to have given his life to save the crew. | | | bookworm98
 | Clarine Koch Hi Gary, just a note to let you know that I finally added your Aunt Clarine's tombstone photo to her memorial. | | |
