Bio and Links
Bio Photo I've been tracing genealogy for 30 years. Mostly focused on mom's family: Culpepper, Blanks, Burke, Howington, Spencer, Rodgers, Carpenter and the marriages to Snowden, Jolly, Scarbrough and Baucum. More recently, I've started looking at dad's family: Crane, Pickett, White, Morrow, Fisher, Keene, Brown and Hamrick. Most are in the Lauderdale and Newton Counties of Mississippi.

My dad: Andy Crane
My mom: Linda Culpepper

I like to fulfill photo requests (which my husband and I lovingly refer to as "Ghost Hunting") and we always snap pics of others in the same place or with the same name, so if I've added a name that belongs to your family, I will be happy to transfer it to you.

Transfer procedure:
1. Select "EDIT" on the top of your loved one's memorial page.
2. Select "SUGGEST A CORRECTION OR PROVIDE ADDITIONAL INFORMATION".
3. This will send me an email. Be sure to give me your personal "Find A Grave" member number.

RE: Henry Clay Taylor
Well, I see your middle name is Crane. You know Henry's brother, John Zachary Taylor married a Martha Jane Crane, daughter of Mastern Crane of South Carolina and wife, Jane ?, born in Mississippi.

RE: Beeman
Thanks Lori, I am related to most all the Beemon/Beeman's in Liberty Baptist Cemetery but I don't have time right now to go back and tell you who they all are. I'll look a little later and let you know. Our paths just keep crossing Lori so we have to be related somewhere down the line. That would be fantastic since I am such a big fan of yours. ha Maybe we will figure that out one day. Until then we will just be want to be cousins....

Savana "Sarah" Woodward Beemon
Lori, you notice I have posted a picture of a gravestone Savannah Woodward Beemon and you posted a picture of the same woman Savana Woodward Beemon. The tombstone I posted was the original stone and apparently it was replaced by grandchildren as it has grandma and grandpa on the newer stones. I don't know why they spelled her name incorrectly but in all the genealogy I've done its spelled Savannah and that is how it was spelled on the first tombstone. Just wanted to let you know why there are two tombstones posted for the same person and different stones. By the way James Ivy and Savannah are my great great grandparents. I really enjoy your books . Can't wait to meet Ely......

RE: Mattie G Ethridge Hodges
There is a forum for corrections to cemeteries. I have never used it but will add a correction to that today. Maybe if we keep requesting, F A G will make the correction. I have a lot of requests in with them, but they seem very slow in making the changes. Thanks,

RE: Mattie G Ethridge Hodges
Thanks. One problem is there are two cemeteries. They are the same but one is in Kemper and the other Lauderdale. Maybe F A G can correct that.
