Colorado Springs Police Officers killed in the line of duty and were fellow Officers and friends with my brother.
There is a special place in my heart for the Moore, OK tornado victims and for the whole town. My husband and I lived in Moore and Norman in 1989-1992. Our only child was born there during that time.
My husband's niece's husband, Mark Byrd passed away Aug. 15, 2014. He was 41 years old.
My niece's husband, Aric Fleury passed away Jan. 31, 2012. He was 26 years old. It breaks my heart. I'm sure my mom is taking very good care of him!!
My mother, Marie Wolf Doll Lemesany, passed away May 18, 2011. I miss her so much!
My father-in-law, Ewell "Gene" McGowan passed away Sept. 22, 2010.
My brother, Steve passed away July 30, 2008. It was on our mother's 82nd birthday. She was never the same after he passed away. They are together now.
My step-father, Richard Lemesany was one in a million!! He married my Mom when I was almost 13. We only had him for a little over 10 years but he made our lives so much better while he was with us.
My father, Louis Doll, Jr., passed away in 1971 when I was 6 years old. Researching his side of the family has been a challenge. He was born in Monument, Liberty Township, Centre, PA. His parents were from Munson, Clearfield Co., PA. He was raised in Wharton, Morris Co., NJ, and was stationed at Camp Carson (now Fort Carson) in Colorado Springs when he met my mother in Dec. 1946. She was born in St Charles, MO and was raised in Colo. Spgs., CO. My mom was Miss Camp Carson in 1945.
I was born in NJ, raised in Colorado Springs, El Paso Co., CO, and now live in Barren Co., KY.
Researching the following:
St Charles Co., Mo- Wolf, Gentemann, LePage, Himmelsbach, Klinghammer, plus other branches and twigs!!
Clearfield Co., PA- Doll, Bailey, McDonald, Jenney, Hendershot, plus some unknowns!! Please wish me luck!!
Wharton, Morris Co., NJ- Doll
Russell Co. KY- McGowan, Harris, Tucker, Popplewell and others
If you are doing research in Glasgow, these are great websites.
Glasgow Municipal Cemetery list. It is not up to date.
If I have created a memorial of your relative in Barren Co., KY I will gladly transfer.

I never heard of that cemetery. Had to look up where it is. It's down in the extreme southern part of the county and I never go that direction due to distance and poor roads. I mainly go back to my home area which is Morrisdale area. I live over a hundred miles from there. I was up to funeral home near Saint Agnes Cemetery and since it was very under photographed, I went over and took over 400 photos until the battery ran out on my camera. I still have a section to do but have no idea when I will get back there. Sorry I can't help you.

I did notice the difference in dates but he could not have died on the 13th, his death notice was in the paper on the 11th.

Alma's death record with FamilySearch gives
Graham, Alamance Co. as the place of death. Perhaps she left the nursing home and went to the hospital where she died.
I added the information you sent but left out the names of living family members.....I never know how that person feels about being named out. I also accepted your edits to update more info. Thanks so much

The information I used came from a "family member" in Salt Lake City. I don't have a document. He told me that it came from the LDS Church Libary.
I'm sorry it has taken me so long to answer your message of Sept 1, 2016. Your husband & I are in the same blood line, but not closely related. My 4th gr grandfather, Welcome Stephens, was the brother of Dorcas Stephens Harris, the mother of George Fuller Harris. (1803) If my figuring is right, that would make me & your husband about 9th cousins. Tell him he has nothing to worry about. :-)

Mrs. Windmiller's obit was found in a scrapbook at the Adams County, Indiana Historical Society. Whoever put them together, hand wrote the date, but not the name of the paper!
|Nobody knows||RE: Edit requests|
I'm waiting to hear from the person that supplied that information.

Thanks for your contribution - change made.

Thank you for the information and the correction of the city. I will change my information to reflect the correct city and the information on the mother and children I did not have the twins.
