I am an avid ancestry nut!! I was encouraged all my life by my father to be proud of our diverse family roots in America. From New England,Edward Doty of the Mayflower, to Indiana and speading throughout this great country. I have made connections with distant relatives all over the world. My family lines are outlined in my virtual cemeteries. As you my well guess almost 400 years of family ancestry encompasses numerous, diverse and interesting people from my past.
I would be happy to correct any information, add bios or family links. I would be happy to transfer a memorial to a direct relative via the edit tab on the memorial. Most of my memorials are on my direct lines.
You have my permission to use any of the photos I have submitted for your personal use. I am always glad to help with your ancestry search.

 | RE: James Doughty 45063096 I meant to add that the headstones predate the current church on this site.Added by Dyane on Apr 28, 2013 7:24 AM | | | Dyane
 | RE: James Doughty 45063096 You're welcome. I have photographed all of the surviving stones from that Church. There is a story that there were some stones incorporated into the foundation somehow but I never got to the bottom of that. I was in contact with the Rector of the Church and he said that there were no other stones that he was aware of. If I ever find out more, I will keep you in mind. That is a very old family name in this area.
