Bio Photo Retired and have decided to share the wealth of info gleaned over the past 50yrs. After two hard-drive failures, I've decided to convert most of my notebooks to the website and just recently found the website and have been converted! My first day searching and I found my long-lost Uncle Edwin's final resting place in Texarkana.

RE: George Newman #56331738
Hello, Thank you for looking at my request. A mess indeed! I am also referencing his obit for my information. Also, the Gallia County Genealogy website shows that there is a Newman buried at this cemetery but does not give identifying information (link below). I will put in a photo request for his grave site. He is not a close relative, his first wife Josephine was my GG Grandmothers sister. Find a Grave has been a great source of info for my family research and I greatly appreciate your time, effort, and attention to accuracy!

RE: Newman #56331738 & #56331744
I think they are one & the same. I left a message for her to delete & cease her use of other peoples property without permission & giving credit. In reading her mail this is not the first time for her.
Thanks Ray

Margaret Tavernier
Hey Donna: Could you change something on Margaret Tavernier's family link on the find a grave memorial? The Fred Tavernier listed is her son (1876-1954). Margaret's husband Fred was born 1838 and died in 1914. The son Fred is also buried in Oak Grove Cemetery but his marker says "Father Fred Tavernier 1876-1951" I have a copy of his grave marker from being there but do not know the plot number. Then when I click on the link to Fred, it says Margaret is his spouce, but that really is his mother. Fred also has a daughter named Margaret but her last name is Winters. Thank you so much for this act of kindness that you do by taking photos and putting them on this website. It is very helpful for those of us who live a distance. My e-mail is: for any further communicattion.

Hi, Sylvester is my husband's great great grandfather. Would you be willing to turn over his grave ownership to me? Thank you, Roberta Hofmann

Thank you. I was aware of this child who would have been my father's infant brother. I had never thought to add a memorial to Find A Grave, though I use it all the time in my research. I, too, would like to see the unmarked graves receive a record for the future. I am so thankful for Find A Grave. Thank you for all your hard work. I come across your "dchintx" a lot in my genealogical research. Would you consider providing a list of the additions you make to the cemetery commission? Several township cemeteries are missing huge amounts of headstones.

Donna what an interesting piece of info you have. Yes it is very possible that the dates could be wrong as the records here are eiher old or destroyed by fire. I have changed them to the ones you have supplied to me. I thank you so much, it is nice when a piece of a Giant puzzle is found and added. Sincerly. Bob Ponda

1065201...I thought that this needed to be re-assigned and maybe not deleted. But if that is what is needed to do to unlink this profile from our family and assigned to the correct family....thank you.

RE: John W. Rees
I deleted the spouse connection on the John Rees memorial, and re-added the connection from Sarah Miller's memorial. That worked.

Thomas McIntosh
Hi Donna- You wouldn't consider turning Thomas McIntosh over to me would you. He just passed away and is in Holton cemetery with all of his sisters and brothers and parents .He is my brother-in-law and uncle to my Children. My husband is going over to take a picture of his stone as soon as he gets the chance. I would really appreciate it. Barb Hall
