Davine, the headstone for Harriet is broken in two. It has been propped up on both sides with rebar but both sides are difficult to read. I posted the photo of the side that says Harriet, but I will send you the photo of the other side too if you would like.

James Park at Westview
I see your request for a photo on findagrave for Westview Cemetery. I am familiar with that cemetery and would be happy to look for you. Would you please call the cemetery office at 404-755-6611 to find out the section and lot numbers for your request? And please also confirm there is actually a marker. The office is reluctant to give me that information and in fact has threatened to charge me for it. They do however give it easily to relatives. The cemetery is massive and that section/lot information will help me narrow the search.

Mary Jane Hawkins
I have connected Mary Jane to her parents for you. However, in the future, when you want connections, rather than just saying Dad or Mom, please give their names so I know the number matches who you want them connected to. I want to know that things are correct when I make the updates.

Was wondering how you connected William H. Swain to Rachel Anderson Swain?

Rachel Anderson born 2/6/1802 died 6/30/1876 married William W. Swain born 5/17/1800 died 10/21/1857 McNairy Co., TN.
They have a son named William Anderson Swain born
11/14/1828 McNairy Co., TN died 9/19/1905 CA

Could there be two sons named William? Both lived to have families of there own. I did find William H. Swain of the 1850 census with wife Mary, dau. Rebecca, and a Caroline Swain age 12, and a Hiram Brown age 17. Of note is the Caroline Swain age 12 and way to old to be a daughter of William H. So this Caroline has to be other family (sister, cousin)and maybe the clue to the parentage of William.

Looking for to hearing from you,

Jeff Kemp

Sorry, but the grave you requested could not be located. Many graves are unmarked and or stones are missing. Mr. Hamer's grave is not very old so I thought his would be found, but no luck.
