Bio and Links
Bio Photo Please send all corrections and requests for transfers using the [Edit] tab --> "Suggest a Correction" function you will find on the actual memorial page.

For transfers, please include your relationship to the person in your message and it needs to be sent through the SAC process not on the public wall.

I do transfer beyond standard FindAGrave guidelines. However, if you are new to FindAGrave, I ask that you be active for at least 6 months and be contributing new memorials. The only reason for this is because too many people abandon their memorials after an initial flurry making it very difficult for others to get corrections made. I do not want to transfer the memorial to find out later that suggested revisions are not being attended to.

Regarding gravemarker photos I have uploaded... READ the caption for that particular photo and if it states that someone else has allowed me to upload the photo then that means you must contact them for permission, not me, before you post elsewhere. Please respect the copyright held by others.

If the gravemarker photo caption does not specify anything about special copyright, then it is a photo I took and I grant you permission to use it for your personal use. I also grant permission to historical societies, churches, schools or similar nonprofits to use the images for any purpose they wish including "commercial use" in publications or other services they provide.

Please attribute the source as " with written permission per photographer's bio." !!

If the photo is from a memorial card -- source notation is not needed as it is not my work.

I generally include your suggested edits for the BIO section just as you send them except for editing obvious typos or if I contact you about discrepancies with information I have. Therefore, if I miss something, please contact me again; no need to wonder if I am "one of those people" who finds it necessary to edit out information that is/was available publicly. I assume you took the time and effort to create a SAC for a reason and want this site to be useful to other researchers.

Because there is a limit of 5 free photos and you have some you would like to upload that you feel are higher quality than what I posted, please contact me as I usually will remove mine.

Hello Cathy
I have a {LOT} of the obits for the cemetery in St. Anthony, MN. that would make the memorials more complete.
Now the but part.
I dont't want to wreck what is there.
What is the best way to do this?

Rosina Heiniger
Cathy, I was wondering if you are family of the Heiniger's. I've been digging into the family for a family member. I was excited to find out about the family coming from Switz. I haven't got every one linked yet, that is always fun to see where the branches cross. Luella

Genealogy on eBay
Thanks for notifying me of the Bible on eBay. It is certainly one I am interested in, but I've contacted a family member more closely related to the immediate family of the Bible to see if they would like to have it. I will keep my eyes on it and hope to hear from them in the next day or two. Once again, my thanks.

Zion/Zion-Irving Cemeteries
Hi Cathy, I couldn't find an email contact so will leave a message here. I have been in contact with Marilyn and a couple others over the confusion over these 2 cemeteries. I had forgotten to delete the 2 duplicate memorials after she transferred them to the right cemetery, thank you, I did now. Also Kylianne Helm is in Zion as I just took all the pictures from that cemetery last month and have never been to Zion-Irving. I live in Paynesville so in the spring will work on these cemeteries some more. Thanks, Amy

Cathy R, Well done! Thank you for fulfilling the photo request for Joseph Justin at Saint Stephani Cemetery. The photos are terrific. Thank you for honoring an American hero with your photos.
Warm Regards,

Again, thanks
I appreciate your info re: "no grave marker". I feel that I will have to have one installed...a distant although unknown relative deserves at least a stone in his memory.

I was given two spread sheets from this cemetery to add the names to the cemetery online. They are listed in the old part of the cemetery records that I was given no dates for either baby or Frank. One says three weeks old the other Frank says 3 years old. From the records it looks like the two are buried in the same grave. Albert is in Grave 6 and the baby and Frank are in Grave 5. Have you tried the local newspaper for this area to see if there is a death notice for either? Also, have you gone to the record office for that area to see if you can find a death record or birth record for either? I am not close enough to go there to look myself.

Hope this helps.
