John David Garner
He had two marriages
1st marriage to Elender E. Langston (1851-1876)
Elender E. Langston was daughter of
John Langston1820-1855 died Arkansas) and Rebecca Jane Potts (1825-1905 died Arkansas)
you may want to add his 1st marriage and also
list the child they had
James Edward Garner born 1872 to them. James E.
is buried Ripley, Missouri.
Elender E. Langston died in Missouri in 1876
before John David married Sarah Elizabeth Niblett and moving on to Oregon with Sarah.

Jerry, Your Welcome, my pleasure. Wasn't Buck an Ag teacher at Turlock Hi? If so he did the farm report on KTUR radio. Regards, Les

Joe Benton
Jerry, You have a request for a photo of the grave for Joe Benton at Rest Haven Cemetery in Menard, Texas. I believe this is the same person as James Milton "Ted" Benton. The dates of birth and death match. There is already a photo for James Milton "Ted" Benton's head stone. Please message me if you think this is not correct.

RE: Andrew J. Baker
Hi Jerry

No, I am not related to the Baker's. I was fulfilling a few Find-A-Grave requests and decided to take this family plot. I made the plat map in hopes someone would be able to find their family. I also used Ancestry to track them. I could not even find out how the 2 Cambell graves are related to the Baker's.

There are lots of Baker's in Yamhill County, Oregon cemeteries. There is a family plot in the local Masonic here in McMinnville. I suspect they are all related somehow. Since the Baker's were part of the first immigrants to Oregon, information is scarce. Oregon did not become a state until 1859 on the eve of the Civil War.

I wish I could help you more. Yamhill County has a branch of the Oregon Genealogical Society that is center at our local library. Maybe they could help. We also have Yamhill County Historical Society. They can be reached at 503-864-2308 or mailto:researchofyamhillcountyhistory.org.

Good Luck in your search.

RE: Lawrence Pool
Jerry, according to the Turlock Memorial Park data she was interned on 9/24/2012. If you have more info on her I will add it or you can re-add your memorial for her and I'll delete mine. If you are a relative it might be more appropriate. Les
