I became interested in genealogy when I tried to find a photo of my maternal grandfather, only to find faded and neglected photos. I started a photo collection, then began collecting names and families. Now with FindAGrave, I'm collecting tombstones. I consider family links to be very important. Family members are often buried in different cemeteries. Whenever I can, I show the family links.|
Families I'm researching: Christofferson, Iverson, Lev, Swanson, Alley, Wheat, Locke

Thank you so much for the edits, especially the burial information and posting the obituary on her memorial. Your thoughtful contribution was very much appreciated!! Ann

Since you are related I was wondering if you have or know anyone that may have some photos they would like to share?
I have three children, do you know how I can contact them?
Hope to hear from you

My husband's great grandfather was John F. Wheat, he was in Henderson county, TX in 1860, he married Sarah Jane Sinclair 1884 in Henderson county, TX. I'm trying to find a connection to her. Also by DNA my husband matches a Westbrook. I look forward to hearing from you. email@example.com
Thank you Cheryl. I appreciate all that you have done. Bill

Texie was already linked to Floyd as his spouse before your edit was submitted. I connected them when I made the memorials. Since I cannot accept part of the edit and deny the other, I am denying the edit and linking Floyd's parents manually. Thank you very much for the additional info for Floyd.

I forgot.....I found Huldah & O.P.J.'s obits thru my genealogybank.com subscription. I found their daughter Alma's obit, she lived a mile from me. Unfortunately, she died in 2006. I added memorials for she and her husband...heading to the Lakewood Cemetery in Minneapolis to take those pics. There's quite a story, a lot of sadness which began for Huldah's mother in Sweden. TMI.

Thanks so much Sheryl! I don't remember if I sent you an email or not....bad memory. I went to the link and entered the 523 memorials. I'm going out to my hometown of Milbank, possibly next week. I'll go to the cemetery & start "clicking". Hope there's no snakes eeeekkkk lol
Thank you so much!

You are so awesome! Thank you thank you. Putting the pieces together, for a genealogist, is so neat. I'm so grateful to you. You are what findagrave is all about.
