GENEALOGY has been in my life for over 50 years. Putting Madison County graves and photos on Findagrave is my personal goal. Findagrave is an awesome database. If you are close kin to anyone whose grave I photographed/memorialized and wish to "manage it" please notify me. I will ask for your relationship so have your genealogy handy. Corrections and/or additions are also appreciated. I also welcome any additional information about infant graves.(i.e. who are/were their parents)|
Hoping this site has aided you in your genealogy.:)

Please contact me 936-348-0619. Jennifer Evans,I am her daughter and I am wondering why your name is on my mother's grave info when someone clicks on here.
|Roger Davis||Joseph Porter Davis|
Hi Melody, Joseph Porter Davis was my great grandfather and just wanted to correct the record. His mother was Lowis (sp?) Mill Allen, not the lady depicted. Lowis died at a young age, and Joseph Porter Davis' father (Enoch) remarried, to a Martha Roland. Joseph Porter Davis went to Texas at about age 16 with his grandfather Russell Allen, and settled in Calhoun County. Thanks for providing this information to the website, greatly appreciated. - Roger Davis

Thank you for all your contributions to FindaGrave. May we please use your photo with credit to you on our private family tree? Thanks for your consideration.
|Michele Simmons Lewis||Jessie Gilder Etheridge|
I would like permission to download the photo you took of Jessie Gilder Etheridge's marker at the Madisonville City Cemetery for my personal file, full credit to you of course. I would also like permission for any other photo of my family that you also took that I might find :)
I have a personal genealogy blog at http://ancestoring.blogspot.com and I also contribute to the Legacy Family Tree blog/newsletter at http://news.legacyfamilytree.com (I work for Legacy) as well as the National Institute of Genealogical Studies blog at http://blog.genealogicalstudies.com. I would like permission to post the photo on any of these blogs. I have no plans to do so now but you never know when I might want a particular photo to prove a particular point so I like to get permission up front. Full credit for the photo would of course be given to you.
I would also like your last name so that I can credit you properly. Please email me at email@example.com or firstname.lastname@example.org

You are most welcome! I saw the request, but it looked like there was already a photo on the memorial page? I tried to take the picture so it showed the Bryant name more. I'm in that area frequently, so if you want a different photo, please let me know.
|Mary Tiffany||William Harris #75446139|
Melody, please ignore the request I just sent to you about changing William's DOB. Sorry, looked at wrong info.
|Terry Butts||Fannie Mae McMillan|
I was so impressed to find a picture of my grandmother's grave on this website and even more impressed to see that someone had actually taken the time to photograph my father's grave (Clifton B Manning, Jr.). I did want to add a little info on Fannie. She also had a daughter, Aline Mozelle Manning Whitten, my dad's older sister. She passed away in May, 1997. I will have to find the dates and info if you are interested.
