Hi, my name is Elaine David Morris and I grew up in Hillsboro, Tx.
I remember Ms Josephine (and remember clearly the Sun. morning they found her body, as well as knowing her sister Ms. Ivy Overstreet. They were friends with my grandmother, Myrtle Hooks, and we all worshipped at Mt.Moriah Baptist Church.
Ms. Greer's son Clarence (Big Benny), his wife Billie (a stunning beauty), both grew up with my mother. Alas, my siblings and I were friends with their 3 kids, and still are friends.

Do you know if they are one and the same. I am seeing the same memorials in both of them.
|Terry Downes||RE: Shiloh Cemetery|
I talked with Judge Whitfield two weeks ago about the confusion of the two web sites of Shiloh Cemetery. After our discussion Judge Whitfield says we are both talking the same Shiloh Cemetery.
We need to merge your list to our list that in on the USGenWeb site in Fall County's Cemetery list. This will not be easy and needs a lot of corporation from each party.
The list under the Brown Girl?? name is not ours because they are from the dates 2004 and 2006. With those late dates we have seen some dirt movement.
The cemetery has been cleared of the brush and weeds and has been mowed. This should help us to find any unmarked graves.
Please fell free to call me at 254-776-1355 or email@example.com

Hi there! Okay, here's something that is strange. Outside this cemetery totally by itself is a single marker that has been destroyed by a tree falling. There is no evidence of a name or dates. Just the bottom of the stone with some biblical passage or something. It's by itself so it may be possible but impossible to know for sure....thanks for all your research. There is another Pryor Cemetery called Pryor Hill also. It too is abandoned cemetery but behind a house and would be very difficult to get to...

Thanks for the message. Please keep in touch and let me know if I can be of assistance with tracing anyone in Limestone County and the Mexia area. In short, to find the descendants of one family/surname in the African American community, one has to trace almost all families in the community since they often intermarried. My research has helped bridge the gaps in terms of knowledge of connections, as well as helped people discover kin that are living today. Hope all is well. Have an awesome day!

Her death Certificate has Annie as her first name was that a nickname, I went ahead and changed the name as you requested, happy to do so, and would transfer her over to you if you want.
