My name is Anna, and I live in Russia. I speak Russian, Polish and English and also know a bit of Ukranian, German, Czech, Bulgarian and Hungarian. I love Poland and Ukraine.|
"Sikora" is nothing but my pseudonime, meaning a "titmouse".
I believe God exists, but I know for sure that religion is wrong, so I am not religious.
I think Find-a-Grave is a place where one can get eternal life and be remembered forever. Indeed.

|Traci's Mom||Traci Fields|
Because of you and other wonderful findagrave friends, Traci now has 5,260 flowers/tokens, and her birthday is a little over a week away. THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU! We appreciate you all so much.
I'm in awe! To show you more of what Traci was like, I posted the following on her memorial page,
"Traci, my angel, I can see the big grin on your face for all the flowers you're receiving on your memorial page. You're telling me, "Mom, why are you so surprised there are so many good people in this world? You should have known that....." "You're right, sweetheart, I should have known".
Traci was a person of strong faith, and GOD took excellent care of her, and helped her through all her hardships! Her faith never waivered.
GOD, bless them all, and thank you for your wonderful gift of Traci.
We've received an outpouring of so much love for Traci. I will try to get to everyone's site and leave a flower/token for at least one of their loved ones. However, there are so many of you, it will take me a while.
Sharon (Traci's mom)
|Traci's Mom||Token you left for Traci Fields|
thank you very much for the token you left for my daughter, Traci. She was a wonderful gift from GOD, and she's in my heart and mind every single day. Her passing has left major holes in the hearts of her family and friends.
I appreciate you helping to reach my goal of 5,000 tokens by her birthday, November 20th.
I'm thankful and blessed for your kindness.
|Sergei Nasonov||Слова благодарности|

Thank you for the token and note you left for my Whiskers. He was very beautiful and missed so much.

I don't speak either Ukrainian or Russian, Sikora, but I have friends who do. They've been working on translating KGB and other Soviet records since they were released about 10 years ago, to find info about what happened to German-Russians who remained in Ukraine after the Bolshevik revolution. fascinating work! If you're interested in German-Russian geneology, I recommend looking into the German-Russian Heritage SOciety (www.grhs.org). Great organization, with a terrific searchable database of all sorts of records related to German-Russian history, culture, and people.
