Since coming to Find-A-Grave I have found it to be priceless. I have enjoyed genealogy for a few years. |
I enjoy taking photo's at various cemeteries. It is very peaceful and the people there are good listeners!! Most of the memorials I post are from these photo's so please let me know if you find an error or have additional info.
Will transfer if not my family. Just click the "edit" tab on the memorial that is in question. Click the item that is appropriate and tell me how I can help you.

Yes we are related, kind of sort of.
I have some info for you and it would be easier if you could respond to my regular email address: firstname.lastname@example.org
I have documents and land info that you would like to see. Also, Charles Riley was the son of William Sawyer Riley and Sarah Brewer Riley. William and Sarah were married in Tyler County VA - now WV.
Sarah was the daughter of David and Euphema Brewer. David was born 1762 NJ. And died in 1853 in Jennings county. He lived with Sarah and William, after his wife Euphema died. He gave his property etc to his daughter Sarah and William for taking care of him in his old age. He helped his other children as much as he could over the years.
So, please send me an email and I'll get some of these docs to you. Do you have any other pictures of Charles and Isabelle Riley?

I see that you have posted the grave markers of Charles Lewis Riley and Isabelle Missouri Beck Riley.
I am searching for the grave of Charles' mother, Sarah Brewer Riley, wife of William Sawyer Riley.
She died April 16 1887 of blood poisoning and he died a week later, April 22 1887. He was buried in Kellar cemetery, from the obit. Charles was their last son. He lived on the farm where Sarah lived. He kept the land in the family until the 1920's. Is there any way you can check to see if they are buried there? Also, Sarah's father, David Brewer lived with Sarah and William until he died in 1853. He gave his 80 acres to Sarah.
Justice Rich was a friend and died in 1852. Maybe David is in the same area?
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I would appreciate it if you would transfer this memorial to me. This is my great-great grandmother, and I would like to add her to other family members and update the information.
Also if you could transfer the following memorials from City Cemetery, as they are all part of the same family, I could link them to other family members and update their information. I would be forever greatful.

May I have your permission to download the photo of the gravestone of Frank M. Simpson (Memorial# 106483191)?
I would like to upload it into my Ancestry family tree.
Thank you for your consideration.
Thank you very much for the transfer Kevin. Especially thank you for the tombstone pictures that you took! The stones are so old and we are all lucky you were able to find them... Linda
