I've been involved with my family's genealogy research for many years and found cemetery records - and headstone inscriptions - to be quite helpful. I also found that many of the graves of my relatives had no markers and feel that by posting those sites on Find A Grave, I'm helping to honor the memories of those deceased. Since I've also had a great deal of experience in photography, I try to help others with their genealogy research by fulfilling requests for cemetery marker images whenever possible.|
If I've created a memorial that duplicates one already in existence, it is not done intentionally. Please let me know if that occurs and I will remove mine as soon as possible.
If I've created a memorial for one of your relatives, and you'd like me to transfer management, let me know.

Thanks Ken for getting the photos for Nana and grandpa so quickly! Much appreciated.

Hello Ken B,
Thank you so much for photographing and making note of the grave location of my family member. I index and photograph for billiongraves.com and can appreciate your dedication in documenting this important data. My experiences here in the rural South are probably much different from yours: having to fight the snakes, skeeters, chiggers and ticks to find overgrown, forgotten cemeteries. I just hope future generations appreciate our work.
Thank you again. Tamara

Thanks so much Ken! I appreciate it! I wasn't sure if there would be one but I am so glad to see the area! Thanks for the photo!

cooo, makes it much easier to update them if I "own" them.

Not sure if I asked you this already, but I would like to manage the UTZ in Greenfield Cemetery (Uniondale NY) I already manage Calvin and these are his "people" ... cousins to me, but part of my genealogical database.

Hi Ken, Sorry for the late reply to your message. Thank you for your efforts in trying to locate Harold Scannell at Holy Rood Cemetery. I was provided the burial location by a Find A Grave
contributor who was a cousin to Harold. I will contact her to try and get a plot location for you.

Ken, thanks for all the info as well. Incidentally, my grandmother (Georgette Bille, later Barnitt, who I believe was named after George Doell's wife, also Georgette) was born at the 94 Pineapple St. address in Brooklyn.

Hi Ken, I think I could handle a transfer of the Wisner memorials you so kindly created and offered to transfer to me. I have been gathering the birth and death data that I could add and I think that would be the easiest approach. Thanks, Mary Lou Stefanko # 48367796
