Bio and Links
Bio Photo A good site for people who had people in Wyoming State Training School or now knowns as Wyoming Life Resource center, there's a site for Friends of WLRC:

Matthew Pierson who passed away in 2007 has a foundation:

I live in Wyoming. No children just cats, ferrets and other animals if you want to count that.

I've been into family tree stuff since 1999. I guess lately I've been a little obessed with it because you find a name and then want to know their parents and then their parents and so on and so on. I thank for all the people who have helped me out on my different branches of family tree!

Some of the family tree names are: Nelson, Payne, Yeck, Honstein, De Vore, Butler, Garnier, Hight, Akin and others.

A good site if you're related to the Yecks is:

There's also people on there I'm not related to but some Yeck relation are.

Also a good Germans From Russia site:

Some sites that have photos that no one knows who they are or one site can post old photos up to 1965.

I am researching Esther Virginia Jones who married Clifford George Knicely and George Leroy White. I am confused as to which children belong to which father. I am particularly curious abt the father of Sandra L Yeck. I think he is Knicely but I see her in Whites obit as his as well. Probably because he is Esthers second husband. Do you have a tree on ancestry? would love to look. Thanks so much. Lisa.

Traci's Mom
Token you left for Traci Fields
Thank you very much for the token you left for my angel daughter Traci. She was a wonderful gift from GOD, and she's in my heart and mind every single day. Her passing has left major holes in the hearts of her family and friends.

I appreciate you helping to reach my goal of 5,000 tokens by her birthday, November 20th. Actually, thanks to you and other findagravers, so far today Traci has received 6,026 flowers/tokens. That makes my family and I extremely happy. Thank you, thank you, thank you.

I'm thankful and blessed for your kindness. GOD bless you for your heavenly heart.

I am so overwhelmed with all the findagrave friends requesting flowers/tokens for my Traci. Thank you ever so much!

This is something I wrote for Traci:

It was a cold, quiet night at the cemetery. The snow was falling gently to the ground. The only sound that could be heard was the whistling of the wind. Off in the distance I suddenly heard the tiny sound of jingling bells. I looked around and wondered where the life was in the stillness of this cemetery.

As I gazed around, I saw a ray of moonbeam shining down on a small Christmas tree.

I thought to myself, "This is where the life is in the cemetery!"

Ring the bells this holiday season in memory of those you love.

Jonathan Yeck
I just uploaded a photo of Jonathan's gravestone to his memorial. I also uploaded a photo of his wife's marker (her memorial is 60847503) and asked my friend Michael to link the two.

RE: alta
She was a beauty, wasn't she? I think that's why my Grandfather snatched her up in Deadwood and took her to Wyoming ... on horseback!!! They were true western pioneers! And she was such a strong, loving, wonderful woman ... sharp as a tack until she passed in her 90's! When my Father met my Mother in California during WWII (they were both in the Navy), they married and he brought her back to Wyoming. A big city girl from Flint, Michigan, she knew nothing about that kind of life, but my Grandmother taught her how to do everything ... my Mother always said those were the happiest 7 years of her life. She loved my Grandmother very much - we all did!

So cool you work with Duane!!! Is he on FB or have an e-mail address??

This all came about because my sister found the pic of Alta Sadie and the search began and more pics were found ... my daughter, who is half Italian, had no idea how her Grandparents helped settle the West. Now she is thrilled to learn more about them - thanks to your efforts!!

My parents, Dale and Patricia, don't have grave sites as they were both cremated. My Dad's birthdate was 25 May 1926 if that's helpful (Dale Elgin Hallock).

From what I understand, my older brother, Jon Michael Hallock, did a family tree and sent a copy to cousin Kaycee. Duane might contact her for more information.

Again, thanks again and feel free to share with Duane and we send the Dale Hallock kids' regards and love!!

RE: Earl hallock
Sabrina ... I would love to do it, but I have been so removed from my Wyoming fam, I wouldn't know where to start ... do have more info to add to Alta Sadie and Earl Dewey as far as their children ... they had five children ... Earl, Dale, Robert, Shirley, and Joe. I don't know any of Earl's children. My father, Dale Hallock, has four: Jon Michael, Nancy Louisa, David Dale, and Deborah Anne. Shirley had Kaycee, Susan, and Gary. Robert has Linda. Joe has Duane and Dale. That's about all I know. If you are interested in my siblings and my immediate children information, I can send that to you also.

It is so wonderful of you to have published my paternal family information!! My father and me and my siblings were all born in Wyoming and feel blessed that we were. We left there when I was 4, and I have been back only once many years ago, so you see why I've been pretty much removed from that side of my family.

Thank you again from all of us! May find more pics to add! :-)
