Bobby Lynn Neely photos
Russell... I was trying to get a pick of Bobby Lynn's stone and could not request it due to the fact that the amount of pictures you have posted of Bobby has reached the limit and I cannot even request a picture of the stone to be posted. Can you please help fix this. I cannot do a thing to correct it. Thanks Russell.

COLIN ROYCE COTNER
I notice you have duplicate photo of Colin on his Find A Grave memorial. The photo limit has been reached on Colin's memorial which prevents requesting a grave photo.

Birthplace of Mrs Dianne Spencer Vicks
Hi sir,

I see you have stated that Mrs Dianne Spencer Vicks was born in 1768 at Bath, in Beaufort County, North Carolina.

She is my fourth great-grandmother, via Courtney Kennedy Sawyer. I would be very interested in any information you have for these folk, in particular, your source for Dianne Spencer's birthplace. The one piece of information I have for her is from a document I received from my father, titled "Dempsey Sawyer Family History", by Beulah Mary Pierce Chumn. Here is the section for her:

"Dina Spence was born in Wales, married 4 times. Dina was a descendant of Mary, Queen of Scotland, daughter of James V of Scotland 1542. Dina owned 200 slaves. Daughter, Courtney Kennedy married Dempsey Sawyer. Dina married Joseph Vick, November 13 or 15 1822 or December 1824. Joseph Vick was born in Sampson County, North Carolina, February 19, 1762. Mary Equals, sister of Joseph Vick, lived in Logan County, Kentucky. Joseph Vick enlisted in Revolutionary War June 1781 and served 14 or 15 months. He received a Revolutionary War pension in 1853. Died in 1873, buried in Buchanan Cemetery, Murfreesboro Road. DAR tablet erected in his memory. Dina Vick was born 1756, died October 19, 1871-age 115 years old. Buried in Dempsey Sawyer Cemetery."

Thank you very much in advance for any information you can send.

Regards,
JG Heithcock

RE: CURLY
Thanks to your reply, I knew you had found it somehow and I could not. I was looking for Hershel and it was Vershel Morris.

Hershel (curly) Morris
Do you have his memorial number? I cannot locate the person to whom you are referring.

CODY COTNER
Cody Cotner is in my maintained family history as "Colin Royce Cotner" with "Cody" as a nickname. He apparently disowned his given name since his obituary only refers to him as "Cody." It will be interesting to see which name is engraved on his grave marker. He was born in Harrison County.
