Bio Photo The following memorial is for a dear child abandoned and could use TLC from visitors : Baby Girl April

I've been working on my family's "tree" for several years now and since most of my family burials are nowhere near where I live, Find A Grave has been very helpful to me. I was born in Arkansas but ended up in Texas before I turned one! Family names I am working on are: BLACK, THOMPSON, ALFORD, ELMORE, MARTIN, BOLLS, JESTER, and others. Many of these folks are in Arkansas with some being in Alabama, Texas, Oklahoma and Louisiana (and the occasional drifter out to CA!)

As for the photos I have taken and added to memorials, you are welcome to use them for your personal family trees, on, etc. No need to ask me first.

And a BIG thank you to all the wonderful volunteers out there who claim my photo requests, inform me of problems and generally just help the whole FindaGrave community!

RE: Jerry Evans
Jerry served in Vietnam, but he died in Germany in an accident while on assignment as a photographer.

RE: James Lamb @ Our Lady of Lake Huron
I also added many headstone photos for Lamb family members so take a peek at those also.

RE: Martha Jane Oliver Bolls #44328305
Dear Mary,

Thank you for this edit. No problem - I find that I have let things through and I don't always catch them. I usually find them by chance when I have to do some further research on some particular ancestor.

Peace and love,

Martha Jane Oliver Bolls #44328305
Dear Mairbair,

Martha Jane Oliver Bolls #44328305 could not have been the daughter of William H. Oliver #14918943 and Frances M. "Fanny" Wright Oliver #18334937 as her birth date (1842) is five years before their marriage and would have made her birth when Frances was only eleven years old - not possible. She is from a different Oliver family branch and the entire Bolls family are not connected to William H. Oliver #14918943.

I sent an edit to disconnect William H. Oliver as her father. It is very easy to find children listed with some parents, but as the family lines are researched, they are found to be incorrectly listed. I find this very often in my family tree and I try very hard to do the ancestral research to find positive proof of the errors.

Thank you so much for your help with this. Your work is very much appreciated.

Most sincerely,
Bonnie Maskery #47464165

RE: Arthur and Marcellas Black
You're Welcome.

I have some Black's in my family tree as well, though, as far as I know, no connection to those two.

But, if one goes up and down the family tree enough, a connection can be found for almost any two people. :)

RE: Thanks!
You're welcome - sorry I couldn't see a funeral market or headstone.
