More than two decades ago my mother showed me a notebook she used when she was in high school to record some family history. I've been working on our genealogy ever since. Most of my research involves French Canadian and New England families, as well as my husband's Ohio German and Ukrainian roots.|
I love the opportunity that Find A Grave offers for helping others find the missing pieces of their family "puzzles".
Please feel free to use any photo I have taken in on-line or personal family trees. It would be nice if you would credit me for the photo.
If a memorial I have added is a family member of yours, I am happy to transfer management. I will also usually transfer out of FAG guidelines if there is a good reason. I am happy to receive edits but please do not ask me to post obituaries unless you wrote them, hold the copyright, or have explicit permission from the writer. This is against Find A Grave policies. Feel free to write a bio yourself paraphrasing the information, but I will remove references to living individuals in most cases for privacy reasons.
Please use the edit tab for corrections and transfer requests, it heads off a lot of potential problems.
PLEASE - No drama.

Got it. I think we're looking at rain today so I should be over tomorrow for photos. I have about 260 memorials on my list now. I'll keep my working copy to check against yours when received. While on my rounds at Tahoma, I started to take photos of the placards the cemetery uses while waiting for the permanent marker. That's where I will catch a lot of those other additions.

Hi Sidney. I'm not sure how you are tracking the memorials that you are entering for Tahoma, but if you want to send them to me directly, I'm at the cemetery at least once a week. My email is firstname.lastname@example.org. I use excel for my cemetery list, so that would be my preference. I've hit quite a bit already in sections 28C, 25A and FA, but I don't want to go thru the alphabet again. Thanks.

Thank you so much for taking the time to photograph Connie's headstone. My aunt was quite close to Connie and her husband and I'm sure she will appreciate this very much.

Thank you so much for doing this. And thanks for checking on his wife. I know she died in New Mexico, just not sure where they buried her.

Thanks a bunch for revisiting the cemetery and retaking the pictures!
