This is a fun and interesting hobby for me, as well as a great way to perform a meaningful community service to others. Someday I hope to have more free time to devote to it. Yes, I'm in it for the numbers! The more memorials that are on this site, the better chance of people finding relatives. That's what this is all about.|
In fairness to those who may have closer ties to a memorial, please read the Transfer Guidelines prior to requesting a transfer. I will make exceptions if I am personally doing work for you. You do not need to "manage" every memorial that is part of your family tree. Remember that this site is for locating burials, not building a tree. There are other websites that are more suitable for that purpose. I will be happy to make any links and corrections. PLEASE use the SAC feature ("Edit" tab). Please do not ask me to do links to any "Burial Unknown". Do your homework, first. FIND A GRAVE ADMINISTRATORS SUPPORT THIS POLICY. Please feel free to add photos where appropriate, as you do not need to manage the memorial to add photos.
I will not cut and paste raw data from census records, death indices, etc. A nicely written bio is preferable.
Since March 2013 I have taken over management of memorials in Inglewood Park Cemetery from Chris Mills. Please continue to send suggestions for corrections using the "Edit" tab and I will get to them as soon as I can.

I can't thank you enough for the beautiful photos you took of my great-grandparents gravestone. It means so much to be able to see their photo when I'm 2200 miles away and feel as if I'm right there with them. Thank you!

Hi there, are you related to Alex? For some reason I got hooked on his name and that of the Vlasoff's. I'm of Russian descent and research many of the Russian families. I started out with Melnikoff and kept on working.
Let me know.

|Heather Morgan||Re: Harley Warren|
Josie (McCoy) Gilman married 1st Frank Warren about 1899, and had Harley Warren.
She married 2nd to Cyrus Gilman and had several more children.
She married 3rd Louis Sell, but they divorced soon after and she changed her last name back to Gilman, which is the name on her headstone.
Please see my Wikitree entry for Josie:
I have included several citations.
