Bio Photo When I was a little girl, my parents would drive through the local cemeteries on a Sunday, for something to do. (no tv then). We would look at the markers and the names and try to think about who that person was and what their life was like. If it was a child's grave, we would always feel sad. My little granddaughter likes cemeteries, too, so maybe it is in the genes. :)

My mother and father, James A. Watson, Sr., and Jeannette Watson bought several grave sites when my brother, James Watson, Jr., passed. I'm trying to find out the name that the graves were bought under, so that I can have them transferred before my parents pass. Any idea who I should call/write? Any idea where I should start the process? They don't remember getting any papers from Heilitag when the plots where purchased. Any help would be much appreciated.

Hi Eleanor...

I have not personally seen these stones. I entered information from someone else transcription of headstones as I was researching my family. This cemetery had practically no info, so I added what I found and asked that the Admins add a credit to the original transcriber.

I see that there is no physical description however they do list a map and GPS coordinates. Hope that you are able to find it.

RE: Earlywine Cemetery
Hi, Eleanor. Good to hear from you. I am quite doubtful really that Samuel is buried at this family cemetery. I made note on the memorial that the news article said that he was buried on the Earlywine farm so I feel confident there is a connection but since all other known burials there are Earlywines he just might be. Hopefully you might find some evidence - and like you say - there are no headstones posted.

Good to hear from you.
