RE: Dedication Humboldt Oct 24, 2015
I was at the meeting tonite to finalize the plans and Bill mentioned Conrad was coming. Will be good to see him too. Sorry you can't come. You know you're welcome here anytime. We'll have a few more to do in the future. Just got to get them ordered and planned, but will be for next year. I found the original GAR bible they used here in our museum dated 1886, so we used it tonite to do two more member initiations. We'll have about 15 to 20 horse back riders to carry all kinds of flags. Don't be a stranger to us!!

RE: Isaac Bartlow
Thanks Rocky! No need to transfer. His mother, a Feagins, is the sister of one of my ancestors, so I am no closer relative. I was trying to track down her children. Is Elizabeth Mohn the mother of your William Bartlow? Best to you!

Thank you!
I wasn't going to ask for the transfer of Levi Ray, but thank you for it. Good luck with your Civil War projects!

RE: Isaac Bartlow
Thanks Rocky! I should also have asked you to link his father, but I didn't find him until 5 minutes after I sent that link. Issac Sr. is in the Bartlow Cemetery (your memorial).

RE: Elisebeth Bartlow
oops, just saw your note! Well, I am also of Dutch ancestry, with Hendrickson, Laen, Van Dyke, and Van Duser, and the kinfolk got to Ohio in the 1798-1810 years. Some stayed and many moved west as far as Kansas to homestead in Cloud County. Indian only by marriage as far as I can tell. Keep digging!
