Bio and Links
Bio Photo Hi Y'all. I'm a Central Pennsylvania native living in Eastern Georgia. I'm tracking down and documenting family names including Daugherty, Sprunger, Amstutz, Updegraff (and its variations Updegrave, Uptagrafft, Updegrove, etc.). I'm also interested in family names Antes, Bixler, Bressler, Coffee, Ferree, Gillinger, Habegger, Herr, Kendig, Logan, Pennington, Rothlischberger, Williams.

I'm part of the great Pennsylvania melting pot, a descendant of Scotch-Irish, Swiss Mennonite, French Huguenots, Moravians, English, German, and Welsh ancestors. The "huddled masses yearning to breathe free."

I'm also looking for my wife's family including Devaney, Hayman, Holley, Leffler, Ricketson, Robertson, Seiter, Street, Tuemler, Williams.

I'm trying to photograph as much as possible, and create an accurate, historical record. I'll be glad to transfer non-family members. I've enjoyed getting to know my extended family members through Findagrave.

Please visit my famous relatives:

Rev Hans Herr, Jr, Swiss Mennonite Bishop, 8th Great-Grandfather. (Herr)

RE: Charles Lightner Photo
You're very welcome. Always glad to help. Regarding your request for Ethel Lightner (1895-1901) at Grandview- I remember looking for her headstone once before and if I remember correctly, she didn't have a headstone. BUT, I'd like to make sure again first but I can't do that until the snow melts off a little more. I have someone holding the request for me since I can only hold it for 2 weeks, and the snow is holding out a little longer than expected.

Hi
Hi, just wanted you to know that I am going up to Arlington in next few weeks to visit my gram's grave, I live in Delaware, so it is about 3 hrs from where I live, but I am going to get request pics for others while I am there, and as she is in Sunnyside and I know where it is (I still have the map of sections) I will be getting yours.

Oops...I wish that I could delete the previous message...trying to rush through my corrections so that I can go shovel, but by then my husband would be home...
I don't know what to say. What is it...three more years until the 1966 death certificates come out.
I cant wait!! Almost as excited for them to come out as the 1950 census!

RE: Emma
No I do not but I wish that I did have a copy. Sure would come in handy at times.
I attached a copy of her death certificate to her memorial page.
Maybe you can see something on it that I am missing when compared to the stone.

Neff, Henry S.
Henry's daughter Alice E. Neff was my high school math teacher. Turns out we were like 4th cousins but did not know that until the late 1980's.
