My name is Sandra Moore and I live in Mason, Michigan. I'm a wife, mother of three children and grandmother of eight grandchildren. I became interested in genealogy in 1999. I enjoy sharing my family information and photos with others and helping out anyone else in their genealogy research through cemetery records. I found out about find a grave website back in 2000 and never thought about helping to enter information or take photos at the cemetery till now. I have found others that have done so and so appreciate their help and now I want to do my part with volunteering in putting up whatever pictures I can or adding information from the cemeteries. To all that have entered names on cemeteries, my many thanks go out to you. Keep up the good work. Also if I happen to make a memorial page for a relative and you want ownership, I have no problem turning it over to you and will be more than happy to do so. Also if you happen to find any errors, please let me know and I will correct it right away. Sometimes stones are hard to read. I try to be as accurate as possible and do research on my own if I am not sure of a name or date or relationship. Please feel free to use my photos in your family tree.
Also please ask for transfers (giving me your member number) and to add any information under the Edit tab at the right hand top of the memorial page and not on my message board. It's a lot quicker and easier that way as it takes me directly to the persons' memorial page. Thanks!
Sincerely, Sandra Moore

I was double checking my email correspondence and realized I had not thanked you for her headstone photo you had taken way back in November!!! I am really slipping in my old age----sorry for the delay. Hope all is well with you.

|Vic Robertson||Lt.Col. Robert and Bonnie Moore|
Bonnie Lou (Harmon) Moore was my third cousin. Our common ancestor was Calvin Robertson (1820-1912), my great great grandfather. Just going by your last name, if Bonnie Lou Moore was your mother, then you and I are third cousins once removed. If we are related and you would like to learn more about your Robertson relatives, I think I have the authoritative documented tree of Calvin's descendants, including his parents. Calvin, helped develop the iron industry in Georgia and because of that he was a refugee from fighting just north of Atlanta during the Civil War. He escaped the devastation of General Sherman's attack on Confederate industry and on Atlanta, and as the war raged in 1864 he took his family (and many families that were intermarried) to safety in Indiana where they could find work and lived there for ten years before Calvin moved his family south to Tullahoma, TN. During those ten years they laid some roots and some of his offspring married women from Indiana, and so the northern branch of my Robertson line was born, from which Bonnie Lou descended.
If you know, and are able and willing to share the information, I would like to know more about Bonnie Lou's husband, Lt.Col Robert Moore, and their children--names, birth dates, and so on. They are living relatives of mine, and because I am the only child of an only child--very small family(!)--finding living relatives is exciting! Thank you for any help!
Victor (Vic) M. Robertson III (also a retired Lieutenant Colonel, Army)
