I have been doing genealogy for many many years and really like findagrave.com. I used to do just my own family but now do cemeteries where ever we go. If someone sees anything that is wrong or if you have anything to offer please contact me as I would be glad to help.|
Use the edit function for transfers. Include your contributor number so I get the right person.
Find-A-Grave guidelines for transfer requests are for direct relatives (spouse, siblings, parents, grandparents, and great-grandparents). If you are requesting a transfer, please be specific about your relationship. I generally will not transfer aunts, uncles or cousins. I am not willing to transfer my family members, but I will be happy to add information to their memorials.
I have no objection to transferring memorials of your close relatives. Please be sure to tell me the relationship. I will no longer transfer memorials to someone asking for all memorials of a surname to be transferred to them.
There are lots of new members requesting transfers who are managing many more memorials than they have posted. Please keep in mind that this web site won't work if you aren't willing to go out and gather information that might help someone else!

I just attached the obit for him. It came out of the Crosby Carrier, Friday, June 13, 1924, Pg. 1. Provided by my friend, Fritzi Eide.
Crosby would be in Minnesota.

Can't THANK YOU enough for your excellent photo of Macy's marker. As I had related in the sub note of his bio, I was informed there was no marker. I had sent a query to VA burials. Regardless, he is now properly remembered. Thank You again!

Actually yours for David is much nicer... I will just deleted mine. I remember the two name issue now but did not recognize the name while working on memorials last night. Just saw two for david and sent the SAC.
