I've spent some time searching, especially death records, and can find no connection to the Morris family with Williamson, or even an ND except a Nathan. So I was going to let you know to ignore the infant I suggested. I'll keep yours in mind while meandering around Howard and Midland counties. Barbara
Thank you for the transfers, Tina :-)

I'm sorry, I do not know if this cemetery is overseen by an individual or a cemetery association. There is a church across the road from it that might could help with this information or the Cunningham Funeral Home in Kilgore might be able to help. Good Luck.

|Deb||RE: issaccs cemetery Milam County|
I have no personal first hand knowledge of cemetery, wish I did. Per Milam Co cemetery records it was almost lost/deteriorated many years ago. Unless property owners fenced it in I dare say its probably gone by now. Originally there was no fence to protect it and the cattle wandered all over it. Approx 20-30 yrs ago there was 23 readable stones and numerous badly broken ones, along with rock markers having no names, no dates. There was only 2 tall markers in the cemetery - one for Dr Isaac, and one for his wife Alice and their children.
As for directions, all I have is this: "from Cameron, take US 77 and Hwy 36 South, and 3 miles from Cameron at the "Y" intersection continue on 77 to Minerva. The cemetery is 2 miles northwest of the Mt. Zion Baptist Church on the (at that time) Coffield Ranch".
My suggestion would be to go to Minerva and ask around to see if someone could tell you where its at.
It would certainly be great to have photos!

Yes, they did live in San Angelo. That is where O. D.'s first wife Nancy Harriet (Evans) Spears died and was buried. My mom had more info but much of it has been lost or misplaced since she passed in 2009. I would love to have a copy of the information in the obit. Family history says that Nancy was buried in the same family plot as her daughter's mother-in-law Francis Melissa (Roden) Sliger.
I wanted to let you know that my grandmother that passed on 8-12-15 and my mother who passed on 11-05-02 now have headstones.... If you happen to get out to the cemetery in Sherwood (Irion County) I would love it if you could take some pictures and post them to the sites on here if you don't mind!
G_D bless and thank you!
