I discovered Find a Grave by accident soon after the death of my precious daughter, Marjorie. She was my first entry. I have added family members, friends, and others that I have no connection with but simply wanted to add them on these pages. I will have more of my family entered in the future. I am retired and my wife and I are raising our two teenage granddaughters. I love riding the backroads on my Harley and can't seem to ride past an old cemetery.....I love walking through them and find peace and quiet in them. Thanks so much to everyone that has placed notes, tokens, and have sponsored my memorials. God bless you all.

 | Surgery Update
After going back and forth with my insurance company a day before my scheduled back surgery, I was denied coverage. I had to appeal their decision and supply more documentation and finally got approval. My surgery is reschedule for May 9th. This set back was unexpected, but God is in control, and I leave all my troubles with Him to take care of. I hope you are doing well and I think of you and your family and keep you in my prayers. Your memorial for Marjorie is still one of the finest I have ever seen here. From the first time I read it, I have felt like she was my friend also. Love Always, Renee | | | Love Always, Renee
| Yikes, was I surprised ...
Hi Tom,
Well, I saw the surgeon yesterday and scheduled my surgery for next month. The procedure I am having is Posterior Lumbar Interbody Fusion and I will be in the hospital for several days. They are predicting a recovery of 2 - 3 months. That puts a big halt on our trip for Memorial Weekend. Looks like we will try to make it down that way late summer or early fall. | Visit soon
Hi Tom, I still do not have an exact date on my surgery, but I am hoping for sometime in April. Would you and your family be in town Memorial weekend? We would come to town on Thursday, May 24 and stay all day Friday and head up to Shipshewana sometime on Saturday. Nothing is confirmed yet, just wanted to see what you thought of those dates. We like to stay at Hampton Inn and I checked already and there is one in Fairmont. That is where we will try to stay. | | | Terri (Robertson) Masters

Hi Tom, I may be having back surgery in the next month, not sure yet. My husband and I were making plans to visit your fine state this spring, but may have to make it in the summer.
