Randal A. Burd, Jr. has a B.A. in English from Missouri S&T and an M.Ed. in English Curriculum and Instruction from the University of Missouri. Randal also holds undergraduate minors in Art, Psychology, and Writing. He currently teaches English and Special Education at a residential ranch for juveniles in Missouri. |
Randal is presently the Senior Vice Commander of the Department of Missouri, Sons of Union Veterans of the Civil War. He served from 2012-2014 as Secretary of the Department of Missouri. He also served as the 2011-2012 President of the Ozark Patriots Chapter of Sons of the American Revolution, and is a member of the General Society of the War of 1812. Randal was commissioned a Kentucky Colonel in 2013, and is a lifetime member of the Pulaski County (Missouri) Historical Society.
