RE: Oak Lawn Cemetery FV Ga
If you know they are buried there, then you can list them. Most cemeteries don't have everyone listed,so if you know they are at the cemetery, you can create the memorial.

RE: Francis Gillespie Goodwin
According to Mary Collins Landin's survey, he is in Raymond Cemetery. But her book does not include information about where in a cemetery a particular grave is. Since Raymond Cemetery is pretty large, it might take numerous trips to Raymond and lots of walking and hoping to be able to find his grave. I won't have any time at all until mid December but might be able to look for the grave after that. Meanwhile, if you add him to Find-a-Grave and click on "request photo," all the photo volunteers in the area would see the request. Somebody else is likely to be able to look for the grave before I can.

RE: Francis Gillespie Goodwin
Mary Collins Landin's survey of the old cemeteries of Hinds County lists eight Goodwins in Raymond Cemetery: William Wesley, Lynne McNeill, Dr. Frank C., Jr. (1864-1954), Manlius Constantine, Lynne Banks, Frank A. (1901-1923), Jennie, and Frank G. (b. Brightsville, SC, 17 Jan 1830, d. Dry Grove, MS, 16 July 1866). You should add him to Find-a-Grave.

RE: Patrick K Partin
Yes, I live about 17 miles from Hickory Grove cemetery. Is Patrick H Partin one of your ancestors?

RE: Patrick K Partin
I'll leave it as Patrick H Partin. Do you want me to transfer him to you since its your family?
I'm no kin just adding listing of grave markers.

RE: Patrick K Partin
I changed Patrick's middle initail to H but I checked Grady Howell's book, "For Dixie Land I'll Take My Stand" and it shows Patrick K Partin (with a "K") listed as 1st Sgt. Capt Berry's Co Inf. Reserves, page 2307. The book information was taken from the Confederate records in the Mississippi Archives. Do you think it maybe 2 Partick Partins?
