Made it to the cemetery today and spoke to the Manager. He couldn't find any paperwork and will follow up on it.
A friend told me of an index of the cemetery which probably has more info than the grave stones (if found) woule provide. You can find at: http://scchgs.org/mission_cem/cemindex.htm

I've been laid up with foot surgery but I good now. Since it's been close to a month now I think I'll drop by the cemetery this week. Will keep you posted.

Sounds like a very nice, peaceful place. Her husband is buried in San Fracisco. He passed several years before her. She must have lived in that area with family or friends. Still makes me wonder why no headstone. Thanks again for your help!

Thanks so much for your time. I had heard Nettie didn't have a Headstone. Strange because they were fairly well to do. I can only guess the reason is her husband went first and there weren't any children. Thanks again for your kindness. Carol
