Bio and Links
Bio Photo I have been working with my family and my husband's family for about 40 years. Have been to a lot of cemeteries and have requested a lot of photos for my own use and for those following after me. I don't go to cemeteries and take pictures for other people but I am always glad to share anything from my family with others. And if I have created someone they are probably related to me but I am always glad to transfer them to someone closer related. I live in Frankfort, Indiana and have lived here since 1951 shortly after I graduated from high school. I graduated from Thorntown High School in Thorntown, Indiana. Both my parents are from Washington Co., Indiana.
My family stems from father (Mounts) and mother (Roberts). My husbands family stems from father (Ellis) and mother (Beard)

RE: Margaret & John Crosbie
My pleasure, Carolyn. I also added photos to the existing memorial for their son John, created memorials with photos for their son William and his wife Addie, and created memorials for Jennie (daughter ?) and Russell Engle. All of these graves were with John and Margaret's.

RE: Eunice Macy Beard
The cemetery has a database you can download ( should have checked before I went to look!). The database shows no Eunice or Richard being in this cemetery. Keep in mind, according to the cemetery website, in the early days, it was common for the Friends not to mark your grave, so they may be there, but unfortunately not marked.

Hi Carolyn,

I'm not 100% sure it's not in there, some of the markers are very difficult to read. There was a marker with just initials near the Beard family plot. I'll go back and see if the middle initial was 'M', I know the first at last initial matched.

I'm sorry it's been so long in getting back to you on this. Too much to do and never enough time... I was hoping to be able to get up to the Jordan Cemetery but haven't been able to get up there. I think this is going to take a visit to the cemetery.

RE: Wm Anderson Mounts
Hello Carolyn,,

I heard from your cousin a Mr. D. Mounts on the marker for Wm. Mounts.

I have forwarded the emails sent back and forth between myself and Sally at New Hope Cemetery. I hope this helps with your research and with any questions still remaining about the burial of Wm. Mounts.

I hope I may be of help to you in the future.
