Your tombstone stands among the rest
Neglected and alone
The name and date are chiseled out
On polished marble stone
It reaches out to all who care
It is too late to mourn
You did not know that I exist
You died and I was born
Yet each of us are cells of you
In flesh, in blood and bone
Our blood contracts and beats a pulse
Entirely not our own
Dear Ancestor, the place you filled
One hundred years ago
Spreads out among the ones you left
Who would have loved you so
I wonder if you lived and loved
I wonder if you knew
That someday I would find this spot
And come to visit you

|Annie Mc||Zeljko Mitrovic Headstone Photo|
I have uploaded the photos taken yesterday of the headstone. You will need to change the order of display to how you would like it.

|Annie Mc||Please email me for more photos|
I was only able to upload one photo. I took several of the front and back of the headstone and also of the writing on the stone. My email is happyoldlady at hotmail dot com. The headstone for zeljko is very big.

|Dave Robinson||RE: Gary Myran|
Your welcome Rick. I got a close up of the F-4 engraved emblem on his headstone today. Hunting for a picture of Capt Myran, someone has to have one. I think men like him should be known and remembered.
|Jan Grant||RE: Virgil James Dreiling|
Rick, I did a little more searching about Nancy after reading your note, and I found that she was married to Virgil "Junior" Dreiling, and not Virgil "James" Dreiling. So I have requested that the relationship be deleted. What are the chances that the names would be that close? Thanks for your info. I always want to be correct when I post information.
|Iona Moon||RE: Jessie McCaskill|
No worries, Rick. I will contact Marilyn. I don't really need to manage the page, just glad to have the pictures gone. Thanks for that.
Jessie was cremated. We scattered her ashes in a place she loved.
Thank you again.

Thank you. I appreciate it. I will look into the memorial manager. I have no idea who set this up. Thanks again for the prompt response and your condolences. All the best.
I found Dominic Marafiote's grave and I uploaded some pictures of his grave site into his memorial page. There is all the info you need to complete his memorial. If you look at the long shot of his grave, you can see the back of his parents grave behind it. His grave site is:
Cemetery: West Terrace Cemetery
Section: Road 3
Path Number: 36A
Site Number: 31

Hi, Rick ~
Scott is my brother, so I will gladly take this over. I never would have thought to start a memorial like this, so thank you for doing so.
How did you come across Scott's story?
|David P. Wilson||RE: Louisa Morse|
Thanks so much; it's greatly appreciated! Have a wonderful weekend!
