To keep weeds out of the beautiful Find A Grave garden....
First, I don't link to Unknown Burial Site Memorials as Unknown Burial Sites shouldn't be on FAG according to the guidelines of the website. The first criteria for making a memorial on FAG is having the burial site, as this is a grave registration site.
Second, I may or may not transfer outside of the guidelines to an established member. It is my choice.
Lastly, there are no duplicated memorials on FAG. If I find a duplicated memorial while researching this site, there is 99% chance that it will be deleted or merged eventually.
You may disagree with the guidelines but remember the guy who started Find A Grave wrote them.

 | Fred T Dean Linda, I do see the photos that have been added by Carol Frost to the memorial of Fred T. Dean #92733611. Carol lives in that area and takes a lot of photes for Find-A-Grave I think they look nice. If you will look at the bottom of the obit. you can see it was added by Grannie Rhonda # 47107274. I do not see and thing wrong with the spelling of St.Augustine, Florida. If you do, please take it up with her, not me. Please let me know what the promble is?

I am busy but this request confuses me because I am not sure exactly what you need to put in print. So if you would please let me know and send the information with the edit tab or use my email, hortendberry@hotmail.com. I will be happy to paste the info you have. With five acres and about fifty chickens my day is filled to the full.

 | RE: Re Hezekiah Thompson & Jane Hargrove Thompson This is an exact cut and paste copy that is on Ancestry, look at the bottom, credit given! When I first started this about 3 years ago, I was remiss in giving credit, not on purpose, just not up to speed on what is proper. Hard work should always be given credit. Thanks for all you have done. I appreaciate it. Diane PS I deleted the message with your email, to protect you privacy, I added it to my contacs but I guess I did not save it. Tried to send this note via email and could not find you info. Please provide it again.
HEZEKIAH 's Story

Gene and his wife's 50th wedding anniversary picture was in the Jacksonville Times Union newspaper. Linda Davis, seeing the picture, knew this guy had to be kin, and called Gene. What a genealogical find!!!) 6.Isabella born (listed in the Nassau County Census 1880 age 5) 7.Sarah born 1870/71 (listed in the 1895 census of Nassau County, Florida) 8.Rufus born 1883 (listed in the 1895 census of Nassau County, Florida) HEZEKIAH

According to Rootsweb.com Levi Sapp's wife is Eliza Thompson and they resided in Adel, Georgia. It is unknown the relationship between Eliza Thompson and our Thompson clan. She may have been a sister to our three sons of Benjamin. There is no widow's pension record leading to believe that Jane died before Hezekiah did.

 | RE: Re Hezekiah Thompson & Jane Hargrove Thompson Linda, You know I think I have had Old Still Cemetery and Verdie Cemetery confused. When you first wrote me I was a little confused when and why I made those memorials. I, like you, am a detail person and hate to just guess at a place of burial and want a little more proof before I make a memorial. I would have to guess that my Aunt Carol gave me that info. It is her family and we talk about her line a while back in detail. I would call her and ask and ask her to call you, but she is taking care of my Uncle, the last living Wallace child in my father's family, who has dementia. I spoke with him a couple of weeks ago and cried for an hour when I got off the phone, he is not doing well. It is Verdie Cemetery that her family is in and the place where she and my Uncle will be buried. So why would I have made memorials for Hezekiah and Jane in Old Still Cemetery without some reason. Maybe they really are buried there without headstones. I just have to find my source or the reason I would make those memorials. I won't remake the memorials. I will dig through the paper work on this family that I have and if I find anything that would support their burials there, I will give it to you and you can create them and maintained them. It is a holiday weekend, family is coming, so it may be next week before I get the time. I came across Hezekiah's Story on Ancestry, but thank you for wanting to share the info with me. Very kind of you. Regards, DianeAdded by DMWK on May 25, 2013 12:33 PM | | | DMWK
 | RE: Re Hezekiah Thompson & Jane Hargrove Thompson Linda, Here is what I have on my Aunt's family. She was a Plummer, she married a Teeple, divorced and then married my father's brother who is a Wallace. Her son a Teeple died in an work accident and is bury there. Her father and mother Harry Billy Plummer and his wife Verna Smith Plummer are buried there. And then many of the Smiths and Thompson ancestors I was told are believed to be buried there. I must admit I have done very little true research about this family. Could you give me a little more info about the Smith graves and I'll look in my tree and see if they are there. Regards, Diane PS I deleted Hezekiah and Jane as you may have noticed.

 | Re Hezekiah Thompson & Jane Hargrove Thompson Dear Linda, I have no docs to prove that Hezekiah and Jane Hargrove Thompson are buried there. In fact I have no death dates for them. They are not in my direct line. My Aunt Carol, married to my father's brother was the daughter of Harry Billie Plummer and his wife was Vernon Alice Smith. Carol's mother, Vernon Alice was the daughter of Myrtle Alice Carrol and Robert Lee Smith. Robert Lee Smith was the son of James Smith 1867-1928 and Ella Thompson 1869-1940. Ella Thompson was the daughter of Hezekiah Thompson and Jane Hargrove. Aunt Carol said she was told by her mother, and I quote "said" that four generation were buried there, a child of hers is buried there and she and my uncle will be buried there when they died. I looked at your bio and memorials. Hezekiah and Jane must be one of your direct ancestors. I could transfer them to you. I could change their burial place to unknown or I could delete them. I don't make memorial for numbers or to cause distress to decendents. I was just going on the word of a family member, that they were buried there, prossible in an unmarked grave. Please advise.
