Bio and Links
Bio Photo I have been a member of since November 2001.

I first came to FindAGrave when I felt sad that I could no longer put flowers on my brother and son's graves after I moved away from Arizona. Knowing that I can leave virtual flowers for loved ones has helped me tremendously.

My grandsons and I are members of the Evergreen Cemetery Society and are caretakers of the Paupers Cemetery here in Colorado Springs.

You are welcome to copy pictures of gravestones that I have added and please don't hesitate to ask me to link relatives for you. For transfer requests; please let me know how you are related.
I add the Gazette obituaries when time permits.

Since I joined, my Mom passed away. It would mean a lot to me if you would leave a virtual flower for my Mom: Andrena Kellwood (2004) and my son, Christopher Andrew McDaniel (1975).

I am on; please don't hesitate to send me a Friend Request. Let me know you are a member and I will add you as a friend.

After looking at the other Barber headstone it cleared it up. The kids are listed on that headstone under Thomas and Mary's names. So I changed the parents connection.

Sorry for all the emails, its so confusing doing this by email. I promise I won't bother you again with it, lol! Appreciate all the hard work you and Mariah did to add the memorials. Its difficult when you get the same names!

Sorry, plots are in the same section, but they are all in the pioneer section. But these are definitely not father and kids.

Thomas P. Barber etal
I called the cemetery. The stones are separate, parents and the children. The older ones are in the pioneer section and not with Thomas P and Mary. They have two Thomas's one with the initial one without, he found a burial date of 1898 on one of them obviously not your Thomas P. Helen is the only child listed on the main head stone and her parents have both first and middle initial, whereas the other children just have T and M. I definitely believe that these are a different T. & M. Barber, could be Thomas' parents? Obviously not his children, other than Helen. Hope this clears it up :)

Thomas P. Barber etal
Hi! I know its confusing :) What I did was took out the link of the parents on the kids pages. I saw the old list with the kids names saying son or daughter of T and M Barber. Perhaps the names that are listed as Thomas and Mary's children are actually his siblings, rather than his children? Dates would be more compatible. I've looked everywhere and can't find a viable answer, but I did take out the links since the realistically cannot be correct. Sorry for the confusion :)

Thomas P. Barber
The only child who could be his and Mary's is Helen, born in 1891. The other three would have been born either before him or when he was a child. Perhaps these were siblings, not children, Based on what I can read on the main stone, it is difficult to surmise, the children's stones say T & M, but Thomas P could have been the son of T & M. Doing some more checking, but can't find anything showing his children. Based on dates though, not possible.

Thomas P. Barber
Frederick John and Emily couldn't be his children. Thomas P was born in 1863, Frederick, 1859 the same year as Thomas's wife. Emily would have been born when Thomas P was 11. Not sure about the other two children, but these certainly are not theirs.

RE: Joe Bennie Saiz
No problem thanks for letting me know, I am not even sure if I have spelling right myself. I was told Saiz and then Desaiz.

Thanks again

Thought I would let you know that there is another memorial for Betty Newbern Find A Grave # 27553669 by another Find A Grave member, Dan. His memorial # for Betty is 131404589. I am her daughter in law. Betty was cremated and her ashes spread and a memorial stone placed by her son on her grandmother's grave in Chico Basin Cemetery in Hanover, Colorado. Her grandmother's name is (Lu)Ella Bernice Clark Raff. She was the first person buried in that cemetery. Thought you might like to know. Thank you so much for all you do. It is so helpful when researching family. Stephanie

OK, thank-you for adding the obit and memorial. I hadn't seen "Emile Jr" in a long long time and we lost touch. It's nice to know what finally became of him. Thank-you!!!!
