I try to give as much info as I can on the forgotten ones. If you need help adding to your ancestor I will try to help.|
I usually search for forgotten/unk infants-young children graves as well as pioneer cemeteries. I seek cemeteries that are no longer included in the city records because they have all been long, long forgotten-
If I can help reunite you with your young ancestor or friend, I am more than happy to do so. I want the very young to be remembered, I would love to reunite them with their true families.

Thank you so much for the very touching note regarding my 10 yr old grandson, Blake Dickus, that was murdered. It is especially a hard time right now since he will be turning 18 years old in two more days. I don't know which is more unbearable, the grief of losing him or the grief of watching my daughter suffering from the loss of her only child. There are no words for the pain and it does NOT get easier as time goes on. I sincerely appreciate your kind words of sympathy and prayers for the capture of the person responsible for this horrific double homicide.
In regard to your question about Hannah Lovitt Thompson. No, she is not related to me so I transferred her to you to enjoy caring for. You are a blessing to many people for helping them with their loved ones.
Thank you so much for your note and request. It was a pleasure to create and transfer the Memorial to you. God bless our police, firemen, and EMTs for the wonderful, caring jobs they perform! Also, God bless the Debbie, the Mother of Brian, a courageous firefighter in South Carolina, who gave her son the compassion and love to serve others and God!
Have a wonderful evening!
God Bless You and Your Family!!

Thank you so much Debbie! I worked on them some today. I really want to find some more information on M.E.B. as he served in the Civil War as a Union Soldier.
|Sandykp||RE: Your request of|
Hi, can you tell me who MOM is? I have sent in so many updates to Find A Grave I can't find the request, lol to ID you. Where are you located in Ohio?
Yes, I have dates from old Shewell family history notes from 1949. But I can't find William or Lydia's burial on Find A Grave. Years ago I went thru old cemetery books at Western Reserve, but I can't find him. I am thinking they are buried in Ye Olde Rootstown Cemetery, but all their records were burned years ago in a fire. I know there are many unmarked graves. I know William was an early Methodist Minister in Deerfield, following his father's foot steps Rev Henry Shewell.
Here is what I have:
Wm Shewell b 5 Feb 1799 Wayneburg, Greene, PA 1885 history book Portage Co.
md: Lydia Baldwin 14 Dec 1820 Md cert Rootstown, Portage Co, OH.
Lydia died: from old cemetery western reserve books, buried in Rootstown row 16, but can't find it at cemetery. Wm probably with her.....died 1880 not in cemetery books
WM md 2nd: Electra Perkins 1871 port index md
WM md 3rd: Julia Upson 1878 Randolph index md
So should I enter Lydia in Ye Olde Cemetery and add WM I don't know if there are unmarked graves near her?
Thanks for your help, I don't have any obits or more inf, but if you want to email me personally, I don't know how much to put on here. I sure would appreciate any help with locating his grave.

I am planning a trip to Pomeroy hopefully before the end of Feb. I am going to try and get a photo of the headstones for MEB and Margaret Stevens. It is just going to all depend on the weather. It takes me a little over two hours to make the drive one way. If I am able to go I will let you know and you can give me a list of any other photos you might need from Beech Grove.

|MBM||RE: Bernard Mathews|
So do you know someone that is related to Bernard & Ellen Mathews? Several of Bernard's children moved to Colorado in the mid 1800's. There was James, John, Cornelius,M. Reid and Jerome. While I've located info on these folks I've not had much luck locating info on their kin...
