Bio Photo Hello,
Since I have begun my own family research, I've come to understand how important and valuable a simple photo can be, even if it is of a loved one's headstone. I am enjoying myself by helping others. I am honored to assist in any way possible. I presently reside in Brandon (Jackson) Mississippi, yet, also make many trips to the Long Beach, Mississippi area as well.

It is a learning process but, I try to take the best, cleanest photo possible.

When going to a Cemetery, I will try to pull the entire cemetery file and photograph any that are needed, even if a request has not been made. Therefore, if you have a number of interments in a particular Cemetery, you may find I have attached a photo unbeknownst to you, no thanks is necessary and no offense is intended.

Anyone is welcomed to use my photos on other websites (ie, Ancestry) but, I respectfully request credit be given.

My family line is: Smith of IN; Klein of LA; Carpenter of LA; Van Auken of IN; Van Wormer of NY (etc); which we all know....leads to many others :)

My sister is a member, Belinda Ryle, and is aiding me by separating my family from the memorials I create. Though I continue to do the majority of their management. I will not transfer family members or close friends, unless it is a mandatory. I am not a stickler to the Transfer guidelines; having been granted OOG transfers with much appreciation. However, please do explain why you would like a particular transfer if requesting one.

Thank you very much,
Charlotte Smith Muir

You're very welcome! I'm not sure if you saw my comment with the picture, but your Uncle's stone is almost the very first one as soon as you enter the Main Entrance. Beautiful cemetery, very well taken care of!

RE: Willoughby Photos
I went there today actually. But, there was a very large funeral and the cemetery is small. I started on row four, but I had to leave so that I wasn't in the way of the funeral.

RE: All the photos :)
You're very welcome. Willoughby Memorial Cemetery is located about 2 miles from my home. The graves that I photograped for you are just off on the entrance road of the cemetery. The area is under trees, with blotchy shade. A lot of the stones were set too deep into the ground. When it rains the stones are partially under mud. I keep what I call "a cemetery kit" in the trunk of my car for just these problems. I really do enjoy taking the photos.
