Bio and Links
Bio Photo I live in Pippa Passes, KY, with my husband, Jim, and our pets. We are empty nesters so I have some time on my hands to research my family tree.
I was born in Zanesville, Ohio, and have many ancestors from that area. I came to Kentucky where I met my husband and have lived in Kentucky ever since. I guess you could say I am a "buck-a-billy!"
I taught Social Studies for many years (I now teach 5th grade-all subjects) and am a big history buff. I am a member of D.A.R. which is how I became interested in genealogy. Now I'm hooked!

RE: My apologies!
You're Welcome.....I keep track when I take the whole cemetery so I won't have to go there again when they are in bad shape. I saw the note, too, later when I was looking to make sure I had told the creator to put one on there. Sometimes they don't show up very well.....

Pippa Passes
Just saw that you were from Pippa Passes. Rode my bicycle through there on my way from Illinois to New Jersey in 1980. Simply beautiful.

RE: Henry Heagen
I don't think I messaged you back on your question about Walter Heagan and his wife's burial.

I have to be honest here... I don't have a son by the name of Nelson for Henry. Since I don't have any information on Nelson, I don't have anything on Walter. If you would like to exchange this information I would appreciate it.

Ira Warne in Old Tennent
I will post the picture shortly. He does not have an individual stone, but his name is inscribed at the bottom of another tombstone Lambertson.
