I have always loved cemeteries, both for their aesthetic qualities and the infinite stories they contain about individuals, communities, and history as a whole.|
This site is a wonderful escape for me; I appreciate the way it combines art, history, and paying respects to the deceased.
I take photos here in Polk County, Florida, 99.99 percent of whom are not my relatives. If you find that I've added a memorial for your Floridian friend or family member, I'll be happy to transfer the memorial to you if you wish. I'm also able to add information and return to get photos of nearby graves, etc.
I depend on generous Find A Grave volunteers to take photos for my own relatives in cemeteries in Michigan, Ohio, New York, and throughout New England. Thank you, thank you to all those who have created memorials and added photos and information for my family members in faraway states.
Although it is not my sole reason for contributing to this site, genealogy is my passion. I love to help others; please contact me for more information about any of my primary families of research. I have volumes. Literally.

I have another question for you on the Wobrock family. I was going through some of the trees on Ancestry.com and found one that lists my great great grandfather August Wobrock, as the son of Ferdinand and Augustine, which I knew, but it also gave some of his brothers and sisters such as Frances, Bertha, Anton, Anastasia, and Joseph. I was wondering if you might have any info. on any of these names. Also it says that Ferdinand born 1830 was the son of an Albert and Antonia Wobrock. I had seen in a marriage cert. that Ferdinand was the son of an Anton and Antonia, could it be that Anton and Albert are the same person? If so, it would make sense because I came across a Find A Grave memorial for a Caroline who was born 1834 and was the daughter of Anton, # 98140263
Thanks for any and all help,

re your: Wayland Hare and Elsie
Hi Cheri, unfortunately, I did not create the spouse link that you are referring to or the memorial for Elsie.
I've asked the Harrises to remove the link, but you are the one who has to make the link from Wayland to his mother Elsie. Hopefully sometime you can do that.

I just moved and haven't unpacked everything. Give me a few weeks and I will try to find the flash drive that I stored the pictures on. I believe I saved it, if not I will go back and retake the picture. talk to you soon.

Have added her husband, Kossuth Judy. I believe his name to be "Lewis Kossuth Judy" but most records show him as L. Kossuth Judy or just Kossuth.
