I was out to Ogden City Cemetery yesterday but there was sprinklers going and several funerals. I will be going on Sunday. I will also be working on getting to your e-mail requests as time permits please be patient! I will be updating, transferring and returning e-mails this week. I apologize for the delay.
If you have any questions please email me Utahtombstonelady@hotmail.com.
For all the people whom have taken the time to take photos for my memorials...a BIG THANKS!
Please don't create duplicate memorials for people I have taken photos or created memorials for...simply ask and I will gladly transfer ownership over to you, unless I am related to the same individual. Please be respectful and ASK ME before you take and post my photos to different web sites! You may use or post a copy of headstones to other websites as long as you post this info with it: Special permission has been given by Utahtombstonelady@hotmail.com.
PLEASE BE PATIENT WITH ME WITH ENTERING FAMILY LINKS...this is a relatively NEW THING here at FindAGrave. I have over 4,000 memorials and I am trying to update the memorials as fast as possible. If you want to help me with this endeavor please send me suggestions or email me for FASTER results!
I am related to several individuals in my memorials. I WILL NOT turn over OWNERSHIP for them for obvious reasons.
If you want to take over ownership you must click the link and send your contributor # so I can transfer it over to you!
I am extremely passionate about taking headstone photos in old cemeteries simply because the cemetery markers and tombstones are being disintegrated and destroyed by many elements. These markers and tombstones might be some of the oldest in Utah. The biggest threat the headstones face today are vandals. The other obvious threats are weather and time. Now is the time to photograph them while they are still intact. I encourage whomever would like to photograph and care for tombstones to do it now so that further generations will have a chance to view these headstones, if no way else than by photograph.
