Have just found your photos of Ida and Williamʻs grave stone... thanks so much for taking and posting the photo. Ida is a cousin of my husband... may I use the photo on my private family tree? I always give credit to the photographers... thanks so much...

Look up the patents that Mr. Betz has under Google Patent Search. I could probably write a biography about him with the very short time I spent with him. He was a contractee for NASA and built spectroscopes for the space program. Who knows? There may be equipment of his circling the atmosphere right now! Was part of the development of the first analog magnetic "wire" audio recording and fiberoptics. He developed some of the first electronic military training devices. He was a young professor at VU and a researcher at IIT in Chicago. He was a skilled machinist and sailor.

Hi-Thank you for taking the photo of my Aunt Janet M. Hicks in the Chesteron Cemetery. Is there any chance I can get the photo for my family tree records? Also, I would love to get a photo of my Uncle John P. Hicks tombstone 1910-1968. Did you get that also? Thank you

Hi, Kevin. I want to thank you for posting the photo of my grandparents' grave site. They were Hans and Viola Christiansen. I live in Colorado now, tho I grew up in Chesterton so it's nice seeing this.
Thanks for taking pictures of the gravestones, Kevin!!!! They're great!!!
Hi Kevin I saw this stone attached to this site but when looking at the stone I do not see Albert Francis Brockway listed on it. Albert was born in 1884 and died in 1980. Perhaps there is another stone with Albert's name on it some where? Just wondering
see stone for Alberts memorial. Is it correctly placed? HMM
TX for checking ;)

Just happened to see a post that you removed photos you placed on a memorial. I didn't know there could only be ONE photo from ONE person on a memorial. We don't OWN the memorials or website so I see no reason for you to remove a "Nice" photo especially if the memorial wasn't made by that person. Just thought you might like another person's opinion.

Hey Kevin.... Are you any relation to the Abner Sanders line out of Liberty Township? I am and would like to touch base with you if you are, too. Thanks! -Steve Shook

Many thanks for your photo as it clarified his birth and death dates. I found there are two memorials for James and his wife Carrie, with a mix of dates so hopefully those will be corrected.
