I began researching my family in about 2005. Some of the Surnames are McCraney, Williamson, Lott, Brock, Lakey, Smith and Jones. I grew up in Polk Co., TX and discovered most of my ancestors came by way of Mississippi or Alabama. Thanks to the people who share their information, I have been able to find an amazing amount on the Internet. The research can become addictive and never ending; there is always more to the story. It is not my intent to offend anyone. If I have posted information that you want removed…please ask. If I have made mistakes please let me know. I will be glad to make corrections.
When I post a memorial the information is basically from the tombstone with little research. While I appreciate information provided by others, I will not post it if you are not willing to let me use your FAG identity. I do not mind giving credit, but my primary reason is that if the information is questioned I know where I got the information. In most cases I will be happy to transfer the memorial to you.

 | Bergman Photos Thank you again Virginia, for filling the request for the Bergman photo's and your time. I am sure you know I appreciate them very much. You have been a great friend in doing these for me. I had hoped to have gotten by the cemetery to view all, before now but I guess as always when you plan on doing these things, something else will come up.
Have a good day, and thanks again. ~ BonnieAdded by Bonnie on May 14, 2013 1:46 PM | | | Marty and Julie Spillman Stewart

 | Abercrombie Virginia, many thanks to you. I've added a little and connected a few others. One problem that I've come across, Samuel Adolphus Abercrombie #39653045 is also #6734551 on the USS Arizona where he was killed. This memorial was done 2002. I've just asked if he will transfer. Do you want me to delete your memorial? Thanks, MerleAdded by Merle on Mar 02, 2013 7:43 PM | | | Celeste Simmons
