Bio and Links
Bio Photo I had worked as a Home Health LPN for 13 years. Worked at Fulton State Hospital for 17 years as a Psychiatric Aide and as Mail Room Supervisor. Later worked as a Homehealth LPN in the field for a few years then in the office. Enjoyed this, especially the patients who were mostly elderly. Enjoyed all my jobs.
I am retired now. Have three children,12 Grandchildren and 2 greatgrandsons, Ryan and Anthony.
Three spoiled dogs who own us, Rocky, a Beagle Mix, Callie, a Chiweinie (Chihauhau and Dachsund mix) and Roscoe who is a Butterball Chiweinie, as big around as he is tall.
I like to walk thru cemetaries and have been doing my family tree, along with two of my sisters, for the last few years.I have three sisters and I am the oldest. My parents are deceased, my father for 33 years and my Mom for 6 years. I really miss her
I enjoy reading, crocheting, embroidering and quilting, especially baby quilts.
I really enjoyed walking through the cemetaries until my arthritis and asthma got worse but am going to try to start again in the fall, I also have allergic asthma so have two things that make it hard.
I think Find a Grave is a wonderful site and believe it is very important and is rewarding. If I have anyone that you would like transfered I will be glad to.
UPDATE: Going to be another great-grandbaby in December, another boy to join his brother, Ryan Nathanel who looks just like his daddy.
The baby is here, born December 6, 2011, a 9LB 9Oz Boy, looks like his Mom. Logan Xzavier Atterberry. So Happy.
Another update: My Granddaughter, Emily, is having a girl later this year, Isabelle first great-granddaughter, also my step-granddaughter, Heather will have a girl in June, Isabella.
Also have a new dog, Boomer, who is my baby. He is a Doxie.

If family (any family member) wishes to maintain a memorial; it should be honored.
The honor is mine to transfer to you.

Nellie Gerhardt
Marsha,
I'm questioning the record for Nellie Gerhardt who died Sept. 27, 1934. Was all the information taken from her Death Certificate (which I do have) - or was a grave found. Please contact me at cbroadusmoore@aol.com.

What a contribution you have made to the genealogical records of many.

Thank you.

I think the more information that can be obtained from a stone or an obituary the better!! I especially love to be able to read the special verses that are on a lot of stones. I like that Find A Grave has a place for transcriptions to be added to memorials because whatever extra information besides name and dates are just as important.

Thank you for the nice message today, I appreciated it:) Roxanne:)

RE: Reinhardt
I just realized what you were talking about. Jograndma has refused to add Infant or Infant Son or Daughter then the last name. She thinks it's ok to just name them by the last name even if the stone says Infant Daughter or Son. I asked her politely twice for 2 different children and she was nasty with me the 2nd time I tried to reason with her. Don't you think it's rude to the person who has passed away to only be added to Find a Grave as the last name? I believe it is rude and in poor taste to name someone only as the last name when there is a stone picture that states "Infant", "Daughter", "Son" etc.

That's all I have to say about that!!
