Dean, I want to thank you for posting the photo on my fathers site.
He was a great man and I am the most fortunate person in the world to have had him as my father.
Circumstances have prevented me from visiting his grave but I will see it.
I wasn't able to come to his burial because I didn't know he had passed. I was planning a trip to visit him in Soddy Daisy that's when I learned of his passing. I just wanted to thank you ... today is his birthday I typed his name into google and you have no idea how excited I was when I found his info and burial.

Oh, I didn't mean to criticize, I just thought my request had gotten lost as happens sometimes.
I really appreciate you going out so quickly. I was there a few years ago but my photos didn't turn out very well at the time.

is there any way you could find more information about this gentleman? I believe he may be my grandfather that my mother has been looking for, her dad. She hadn't seen him since she was 4 when they came over here from germany where he was stationed.
