|Family genealogist. Just doing memorials for my direct lineage currently.|
My memorials will change as I update info. Copy at your own risk. What is on them now, may be different tomorrow. IF I find something is wrong, I correct it. If you find something incorrect, please let me know.
Thanks to my sisters, also Karon Dunafin, Chris Yoder and Valarie Bunn, for attaching photos for me.
I am currently trying to get all the family members connected on Find A Grave.
Descendent of John Leader, Edward Garfield. Thomas Seamans, Thomas Touchette, Lewis Jones, John "The Puritan" Bridge, Nicholas Danforth, Joseph Carder, Matthew Herington, Wm Hunter, John "The Progenitor" Wilson, John Kenyon and Jacques Archambault, etc.
Doing genealogy is a passion. It takes hundreds of hours, thousands of miles, and much patience waiting for that "one" record to show up.
When using "family history" books, please do your own research. While these books are valuable resources, most have many flaws. I have 5 books, and if I had believed some of them, I would not have had ancestors to get me here today.
My paternal Grandparents have incredible family histories. My Grandmother's family dates back to 15 founding fathers of Middlesex county, Massachusetts.
My Grandfather's Father's family dates back to the 1630's New France (Canada) and his Mother's family to the Mayflower.

Would you mind sharing your source(s) for her date of death and burial place? She is my 5th great-grandmother

Thank you, Nancy.
You have been most helpful and I greatly appreciate the info.
|LaVonne Eckstrom||William E. O'Brien|
Received your message concerning William's father and have edited the memorial.
Thank you for calling my attention to an error.
If you can provide me with any assistance on William E. O'Brien's father and mother's birth and death data, it will be greatly appreciated.
My family genealogy records have some gaps.

Thanks for the update on her place of death. I have made the correction.
|Ann Day||RE: W. Abbott|
Thanks! At one time I had two different people who were sending me edits on the same grave. One would send me an edit. Then the other would send an edit a few days later. Then about a week later the first person sent me an edit again. I finally sent them both messages that they better get together and decide who the parents were. Now I just ask for proof if there is differing information.

You don't need to delete the documents but the death certificate would be a wonderful addition to show proof that the bio of her son was not accurate that I found. Does she actually descend from another branch of the Abbott family (as it says in the bio) or not?

Could you resend the Barrows links for the parents? I don't understand why the son's bio said his parents were from two Abbott families.

Nancy! That's wonderful -- Thank You. I haven't gotten back to Robert to update his bio and add his parents. I'll have to see if I can find the Vol.2 you referenced. I've researched the Handy family on and off for years so it feels good to finally get serious and get somewhere. My children are descendants through Benjamin Handy born 1817 in Danby. I already knew he was a brother to James and only assumed they were sons of Brewster. But today I found an 1886 article identifying him as the "brother of Michael Handy, a well-to-do farmer in Danby" confirming the connection to Brewster. I haven't updated his bio yet but you can read what I have at http://www.wikitree.com/wiki/Handy-886
What did you think about the story of Hendees coming from Wales, one brother going to Virginia and the other to Vermont -- did it make any sense to you?
