I am searching for descendants of Rufus Newell and wife Betsey Mather of Brecksville, Cuyahoga Co., Ohio. Had son James Monroe Newell b. 1822 Brecksville, OH. m. Betsey Johnston 26 Feb. 1846 Cuyahoga Co. Ohio.
They had Mary E., Michael Chester, Jerome D., Simon Jester Newell and possibly others.
Where is James M. Newell buried? Died:
19 Feb 1865 Camp Butler, Bureau Co., IL.
Would appreciate hearing from you. James M. Newell nephew of my 2nd great grandmother Elizabeth Newell Brown.

Sorry, I have been out of touch for the past few months.
The Heastys did come from Ireland in 1820, Robert came with his parents and brother, At the time they came over their name was Hasty
and Roberts was changed to Heasty in 1825
Mary Larkey came over with her parents 11 years before Robert.

| Kings in Mem. Gardens Cem.
Dear Diane,
I am trying to learn more about branches of my King line in hopes of being able to find the next generation.
I am indexing the Kings at the above cem., as many are related to my distant King line.
I am so sorry to read about Emily Hall King.
I don't know any of the Kings in the Wabash Co. area, as my father was born in IL and moved around his whole life with the Air Force.
I hope that it is not painful for me to ask you some genealogy questions.
I was just wondering about Derrick King and his father Robert King. Are either of the Robert Kings buried at the same cemetery Derrick's father? I am trying to tie my Kings into the others buried at Mem. Gardens.

I transferred all the Curley memorials - I'm happy they re reunited with family. I'll need to re-take Luna's photo. that was 2 cameras back and it had issues but I uploaded the photo anyway, expecting to re-take if any family ever showed up.
